The location is the best thing about this hotel. The hotel itself looks like it is in good condition. The dining patio looked nice although we did not eat there.

While booking.com advertised that there was wifi in the rooms, there wasn't. It was also very weak throughout the property. If they invested money into making the rooms more comfortable with a comfy bed and nicer furniture, it would make a huge difference. The furniture looks very cheap. They also need umbrella's on the upper terrace. Very small rooms.

lovely room off a huge shared terrace with great view towards Vieste, we had the very last room, ( the best room) so didnt have people walking past. very clean, we had two days here & enjoyed the easy walk into the old town.

the bed was terrible so uncomfortable could feel the springs thru the mattress! we were sent to a cafe near the port, with a included breakfast voucher, very unfriendly lady served us, its a coffee & croissant, as we were on cycle tour we asked if we could have two, it was made very clear only 1. there is so many nicer cafe’s to be given breakfast voucher & alot closer walk to the town. abit disappointing as it was my husbands birthday i feel the place is over priced!

Splendid location, pleasant staff.

The terrace is common for several rooms. The room is rather small, very small door and window. Bed and mattress rather uncomfortable. One would expect more for the price.

The position was fabulous. The lady in reception was really helpful.

Our room with a terrace was awful. We were told that the terrace was shared but did not realise that this would mean you had to have the curtains drawn all the time as people regularly wandered past the door. The bed was absolutely dreadful - a lumpy mattress with nothing separating it from the thin sheet. There was hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived. The walls were so thin you could hear everything going on in the next room - and I mean everything! The receptionist who greeted us on arrival was delightful but the breakfast staff were surly and reluctant to offer any sort of service. There was no bread of any type on the 2 days we were there but seemed to be a good selection of cakes. Shame as the position of the hotel is perfect.

Our room was barely cleaned during the stay. We were never changed the towels. Check in took 15’ because the owner was not at the hotel. Definitively not a nice service. Extremely poor internet connection which didn’t allow for internet calls or receiving email with no service data where the hotel is located. The owner took the payment from my credit card from booking at the check in (without notifying me in advance) despite I clearly never authorized the payment via Booking but I selected to pay at the hotel at the check out. Definitely overpriced and not worth the money we spent
