everything about this property was amazing, the beds were comfortable, the house was clean, there were more than enough facilities for everyone. The pool, the barbecue and the jacuzzi were great. Karolina, the lady who met us at the apartment was lovely! We had an amazing time, we are extremely happy with the stay and will most definitely repeat!

Location was fantastic and for the time of year the heated pool was a lovely feature.. As other reviews said it is much larger than the photos make it look and we ended up only using the downstairs of the house. The decoration wasn't to or taste but the villa was a lovely modern bright space and as the local town was lovely with a beautiful bay which if you go up the road from the villa there is amazing views looking over the bay.. Santa Eulària des Riu is definitely worth a visit and typically we didn't find it until our last night..

We didn't find the host that friendly. because the €300 deposit was taken off our credit card instead of being held like most other properties we ended up losing out with the change in the exchange rate from start to finish. Some attention to detail needs to be kept an eye on as it such a large villa it could slip slightly, i.e there was only 1 wine glass and for a villa that sleeps 12 this would not be ideal for larger groups.

Everything in the villa was beautiful and the host was very helpful with all our requests during the stay. We didn’t want for anything and all would happily stay again.

The only minor thing was in the evening we would have liked some lamps / candle lighting for dinners in the dining room / late night relaxing in the living room.
