Pool and hotel amazing. Staff were so accommodating arranged airport transfer and personally drove us to kotor.

The hill to the beach is really really steep

This is 5 stars Resort! Location is great, apartments are new, clean comfortable. Our hosts - Zorica and Drago made as feel that we are part of family.

The apartments were clean. Furniture was new and practical. The pool was exceptional. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was quite big. There is a small balcony as well. IKEA furniture and finishings.

The design inside the apartment is a bit mismatched. I feel like the design elements could match bit better but it is clean and functional. The kettle had terrible limescale to the point where I’d rather boil water in a pot. The ocean view was quite mediocre as there is some construction in the area. The walk up the hill is not fun in the hot sun.

The location is beautiful with stunning views around. You just need to get up the hill first.

View was great. Apartment was clean and well equipped.

Location was peculiar, making the parking a bit difficult. The staff, although willing to help, didn't speak English.

We rented a studio room, which was quite small but still pretty good value for money. The location of the property was pretty far from old town Budva, but for us this was a good thing since the city center is very crowded. The property is close to some good beaches though, and easily accesible by car. The pool was clean and had a nice view. The property also has a nice gym.

The staff did not speak conversational english, but they were very friendly nonetheless.

Spacious apartment, has everything you need, bright apartment, clean white bedding.

There were few ants.

Starting from the price way to over the expectation, staff doesn't speak English reception most of the time empty,around the property lots of rubbish ,useless parking and I can go on with many things, don't know how many stars has the resort or whatever but definitely doesn't worth the price. And also in 2022 a (resort &spa) doesn't accept card.thanks for wasting my time..

Clean apartment

The actual homeowner was extremely rude. Housekeeper was nice to us but they don't seem to have agreed on house rules. For example, one will tell you that the pool can be used until midnight and when you do so, the owner of the building comes out on her balcony and starts yelling. Not politely asking, not trying to have a conversation, but flat out yelling and being very rude. Never in my life have I had such an experience on a holiday and I wouldn't wish the same for anyone else.

I had such a nice stay here. Beautiful views, really nice pool area and very friendly staff, especially Drago! The walk up the hill was a good little cardio workout everyday. Very chill stay overall!

Staff was very nice and understanding, rooms were nice, pool was clean with good view on mountains.

Only that they don't have good parking spots.

GREAT Resort with fabulous Hotel Keepers. We were greeted by Drago and Zorica and made to feel at home. You couldn't ask for anything more! Loved the pool and room was super spacious, clean and had everything we needed.

Our internet in our room sucked, but Drago and Zorica accommodated our needs here as my husband and I both work remotely they ensured we had a workspace to get by.

Apartments are new, big enough and comfortable. The full-size equipped kitchen is great. There is everything you need for a great vacation. We had beautiful sea and mountain views from our windows. The pool is good and clean. It's better to have a car because the apartments are on the hill and it can be hard to climb it every day after the beach. 150 euros deposit is required.

Parking. The available place is not suitable for low-to-the-ground cars. It's better to park somewhere on the street if you are lucky enough to find a free spot in the evening.

1. The value of the hotel is awful. Save your money and stay somewhere in a much better location with better facilities, and cleaner for the same price. 2. The location is terrible it's at the top of a huge hill which is very inconvenient you have to walk for 20-30 minutes to get to any facility and it's very very steep. You'll need to have a car or get a taxi every time. 3. The hotel is unclean, my balcony had a birds nest and bird dropping all over the floor it was disgusting. The room was not cleaned once and the bin was not emptied. 4. The hotel is in between two ongoing building sites that take away from the nice view.
