everything, the location, the style, the comfort, ease in bringing our dogs and looking after them there, the facilities the fireplace the trail walks just loved it!

not much to say here may be the mattresses could’ve been softer

There is lots of space for two families. Beds were comfortable and warm for those chilly Margaret River mornings. Dogs were able to stay at the property which was fantastic. Close to town centre so the teenagers could ride to the skate park and close to the river for some fun paddle boarding and dog walks.

The floor had been vacuumed and looked clean but when I wiped water off the floor in the kitchen the paper towel was very dirty. no shoes inside and a dirty floor resulted in muddy footprints on white bath mats etc. Also thank goodness we took our slow cooker as there was not one at the property. It is a must have for us when we are down south and the weather cooler.

the property was absolutely beautiful and the house was the perfect mix of private and stunning

on the first night we had a rather very rude neighbour knock on our door at 9pm and abused us for the TV being too loud for him

Loved the layout and location

No curtain main room, no aircon its was so hot we were uncomfortable, mirror in main bed bathroom unable to use cause of height, not very clean and with covid you would definitely be

Location, set out, fireplace, dog friendly great yard, great next to river close to town,simple to access

Nice layout , spacious, good garden, comfy beds and showers . Huge kitchen. Handy there was oil and salt and pepper and foil etc. and lemons ! The fire place was great. Would be nice all year around I imagine .

Missing coffee

Enjoyed a fabulous family trip to Margs and stayed at Banyandah. Fantastic house very well enquired in every way will def be rebooking again 🥰

Fireplace. Deep bath. Lovely patio area to sit and read or just be, feeling like you're in the bush not suburbia. Location near river and a river walk yet still only a quick drive into town. Decor and facilities were excellent. Extra heaters, which were needed in main bedroom as it was very cold the first night without them on.

The coldness in main bedroom during the night. Found heaters in wardrobe for second night. Didn't like that we had to leave! 😉
