The staff were incredibly friendly and the room was very clean. The buffet breakfast was very good, particularly the coffee, I had at least 3 cups every morning 😄

Yes, the location is walking distance to the mall and a nice area, but you have to walk 200m along a freeway to get there, not very safe. The hotel is located right at the edge of the freeway/busy road and with view of a parking lot. There’s a weird smell in the hotel common areas. The pool is not nice and with view to a parking lot and a sad building. You do not get the charm that you can otherwise get from hotels and guesthousrs in Chiang Mai. I would not recommend. Also, wifi for zoom meetings was bad!

All the staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast buffet is really good with great options for made to order. The reception staff were very helpful and did their best to accommodate our queries and requests.

The staff detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were a great size, and the breakfast was awesome.

The staff are very friendly and helpfull. It was my first time in Chiang Mai, and, on my arrival, the receptionist told me all about what was happening in town. I’m vegan, and the chef took care of me cooking delicious vegan meals for me every breakfast. I also saw the GM often taking time to greet guests personally and talk to them. All in all, the service was excellent. The property is well-maintained, and the rooms are clean and specious. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the Old Town, and nearby there is a shopping mall and the popular Nimman district with many coffee shops and bars.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean with modern facilities. Breakfast selection was brilliant, with Thai and European options. Location - very quite area, off the Main Street which was great. 5 minute walk from the newer part of town, with shopping mall and good food quarter. Around a 35 minute walk to the old town.

We loved our stay at Prime Square hotel. The hotel exceeded our expectations and is great value for money. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff are very helpful and attentive. Breakfast included is wonderful. It is in a great location, a short walk to the Nimman area which has lots of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. We booked 2 nights initially and have stayed 4, perhaps will stay even longer!
