Pool area bigger than expected, great pool Kitchen well stocked Welcome wine, milk, juice Location good especially if you don't hire a car. About 5/10 min walk to a very clean beach. Good selection of supermarkets. Good selection of restaurants but none very traditional

Was very tired, smelly drains all of stay, bedding not very clean, stained pillows (no pillow protecters) and duvet,damp, paint peeling, fan in first bedroom didn't work, one bedroom had two white dressing gowns, both stained and no ties, back door soo warped you will be hard pushed to be able to shut and lock pictures on booking.com do not reflect how tired the villa is. Agent admitted very tired and in need of updating when we mentioned saying will be updated next year. Location good but if you are looking for a Spanish holiday I'd suggest not Carmen. You'll be hard pushed to find traditional Spanish food here.

I am loathe to give this place the great reviews it deserves because I would love to be able to come back and I don’t want it to become so popular that we won’t be able to book in! Eva has really thought of everything. It feels like a luxury villa at an affordable cost. The location is excellent. Everything that you need is there to make you comfortable. It’s just perfect and better than we were dreaming of!

best villa in puerto del carmen. photos don’t do it justice. great pool and not overlooked by neighbouring villas. lots of space and all the mod cons you need for a fabulous holiday

nothing to dislike

the pool was fantastic and the distance to the main area near the beach was great whilst remaining quiet at night time. we have 2 young children and there was a cot provided for our baby.

we were disappointed that none of the stair gates were functional given that we have a baby and the kitchen area is on the first floor

Wow! What a lovely villa, with everything you can think of included. It has beautiful views on the top terrace of the sea. The place is the most well equipment holiday villa we have stayed in. Plenty of towels, English converter plugs, Netflix TV, a kitchen package for washing up, toys for the pool, beach equipment, it had everything! Eva was at the end of a text with anything needed and was helpful with ensuring we knew the key codes on time . It was great that they have a high chair, baby cot and even some little toys. A lovely touch giving chocolate and bubbles to start the holiday. We loved the pool, it's was so warm and our little one had a great time in a warm pool for the week. We Would certainly recommend for a week of rest and hope to return!

TV Fab villa

No heated pool

Great villa, great location, hosts have pretty much thought of everything you're likely to need and provided it for you. This was our first trip to Puerto del Carmen and we arrived at night. Being unfamiliar with surroundings and location of shops etc it was great to have the immediate essentials already there for us (tea, coffee, milk, OJ, bottled water, muffins, chocs, prosecco, towels, shower gel, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, spare keys, pool inflatables etc etc). The place was very clean and well presented. The pool was the biggest and best of any of the neighbouring properties we could see and the property aspect means you get sun at your pool all day. Location perfect - 5 min downhill stroll to the main strip but far enough away to miss any late night / early morning delivery traffic noise

Really good location, 10 minute walk to the strip and 10 minutes to Lidl. Comfortable beds and sofa. Kitchen well equipped for self catering.

Shower had very poor drainage. Heated pool was not warm for first 5 days of our stay. I did report it but was assured that it was at operating at 29c, however only heated up the day after someone came to clean the pool.

We really liked the pool and the location.

Asked if we could leave bags as our flight was in evening we were allowed leave them outside from 11am but attitude could have been better. Very bad odour coming from store room somebody came after we reported it and removed something but it was never acknowledged by Eva and she never apologised

The house and pool were fabulous. It was like 'home from home' - with a pool and sunshine😊 Great location on a quiet residential street, 5 minutes walk from the busy seafront strip. Eva was lovely and came back to me quickly with a few small queries that I had.

The villa Princesa Sofia is like home from home. Located in a private, quiet residential area. it’s close to all amenities and only a 10 minute stroll to the beach. Spotless clean with everything we needed for our stay. The Villa is beautifully decorated. It has a washing machine, cooker and a dish washer and all kitchen utensils are provided should you want to stay in and cook. The pool area is clean and well equipped and has a BBQ area for evening entertaining. It is a tranquil, peaceful area just to sit and relax and soak up Lanzarote’s warm sun. Ava is lovely, and is at the end of the phone should you need any help or advise. We loved it, so much so we have booked to go back next year
