Lovely condo in a super ideal location in Carlsbad. This home has everything you could need for a rental property! What we loved so much was the detailed communication available on the listing and website, but also at the home. There are some great features of the home, and everything is clearly and professionally labeled and explained. It doesn’t leave you guessing how to figure something out. We will definitely return for a future visit!

A beautiful beach property in the fun beach town of Carlsbad. It accommodated kids and grandkids with everything we could have wanted or needed. The premises were clean and well cared for, both beautiful and practical. Great views of the ocean and much fun family time together!

The cutest house in Carlsbad: I’ve stayed plenty places. But this house beats any other rental by far. Pictures and description just don’t do it justice. I won’t be renting any other home besides this one from here on out. I didn’t want to leave! And thane is an amazing host and so accommodating. I appreciate him for all he did to make my trip the best it could be!

Our stay at this house was awesome all the way around. The manager Thane was attentive and spot on with check in instructions and with what to expect. The home had everything you would want and more and was steps from the ocean. We had ocean views from every part of the house and the owners have thoroughly went through the home to ensure guests are well taken care of. I have stayed in many homes and this was one of the very best.

The condo had absolutely everything we needed. The grandkids loved the Bogie boards. All beds were very comfortable. The pictures don’t give this place Justice. It was more spacious than we imagined. Definitely will rent again!

House was immaculate, tastefully furnished and located across the street from the beach. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and linens.
Easy walk into town; never used our car for the whole time. Spacious garage so parking and unloading was easy. Views of the ocean and outdoor balconies made it so special. Would highly recommend this property. Owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Spacious enough for families with children. Thank u Thane for sharing your vacation home with us!

I have stayed at VRBO properties all over the country. I have been amazed at how a skilled photographer can make an average property look first class. This is not one of those properties. Everything is as advertised. The host is one of the most responsive I've ever dealt with. The only picture missing is the amazing sunsets from the two balconies. 5 stars all the way.

What a beautiful home rented out by a very thoughtful owner. Whenever I had a question I always got a quick reply. We were missing a few small items and the owner was on top of it. The house is clean and supplied with everything you need. There are a lot of stairs but easy to manage. It was nice having the different levels because we had 2 under 4 and after long days, it was nice that they could take a quick nap peacefully. My daughter said that the owner thought out everything from the baby gates to the outside shower to rinse off. This is not just a rental but a home. The beach wagon was perfect along with many toys and chairs. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home in our favorite beach town!

My family and I enjoyed the condo with everything as detailed in the listing. It was clean, had plenty of space and had plenty of towels, beach chairs, etc. for us to use.
My family and I arrived late due to travel delays. The ease of check in was very much appreciated and went flawlessly. The property managers could not have been nicer, always quickly responding to any questions we had. They were also kind enough to reach out to us after knowing we arrived a day late to assure all was going well.
We had a great stay and would, and plan to rent here again in the future.

We loved staying here! The views were amazing, the runs along the beach, the sunsets and the house fit all our needs, coziest beds and had all the little extras! My family said favorite place they've stayed in Carlsbad!

Our group of 8 adults and 1 infant fit comfortably and had a great time at this beautiful Carlsbad Condo! The location was perfect—only a short walk across the street to the beach— perfect for when the little one was tired and his parents needed to quickly get home. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for the beach as well as a wonderful, fully stocked kitchen. The beds were so comfortable and the garage easily fit our Suburban. The views from the condo were spectacular! The owner/manage, Thane, checked in on us and was easily available when needed. We had such a relaxing stay and hope to visit again soon!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Carlsbad Condo, Thane was an amazing host and we couldn’t have asked for more. The place is less than 10 minutes from Legoland and a quick walk to the beach. 5 out of 5 stars for sure!!

Our family had a great stay over a long weekend. Super clean, host was very easy to communicate with and location is right across the beach and within walking distance of downtown restaurants. The check-out process was so simple and didn't require hardly anything from us, which was so appreciated!
There is a large garage which made for easy parking. There were plenty of beach towels and sand toys for the kids. Would definitely stay here again!

We came to town for a wedding at a winery, but we wanted to stay in Carlsbad near the beach. This beautiful place is right across from the street from the beach. My wife and I got up every morning and ran along the path across the street, then had coffee on the balcony with an unobstructed view of the ocean. Afterwards, we walked into downtown Carlsbad for breakfast.

Everything was perfect at this condo! Communication with the property manager was excellent. The condo was clean and beautiful. It was a perfect spot for us to bring our kids and a couple grandkids. Plenty of space. The location is excellent. You can’t beat the gorgeous views from multiple spots in the house. It was nice not to have to bring sand toys, beach towels etc. Plenty of amenities. We will definitely be coming back to enjoy this beautiful home.

This place was absolutely perfect for our "girls trip" beach vacation to Carlsbad. There were 6 ladies in our group to celebrate a birthday. The home was just as beautiful and spacious as the photos. Decor was adorable. We enjoyed all 3 decks. The beach is right across the street and easy to get to. Just push the button at the crosswalk and cars will stop. We used the beach chairs & umbrella provided by the house. Downtown Carlsbad is easily walkable from the home. We had most of the supplies we needed. Communication with the host was wonderful - before, after and during our stay. Highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat!!!

Great access to the beach right across the street. Loved the boardwalk where you didn’t have to worry about bicyclists while walking. House is beautiful and well stocked. Everything you could need.

This condo is the perfect rental. Everything has been carefully thought out..... from the ability to wash sand off with warm water to kitchen amenities! An extra bonus is how close it is to the beach ... with a crosswalk for safety and lifeguard (especially important if you have children). We also can't say enough good about Thane who was so helpful from the time we checked in to checkout. We rented a golf cart for a few days and needed an extension cord to charge the cart at night. Any request was quickly filled. I hope we have the chance to stay here again ...... to enjoy the beautiful location and outstanding condo. Thank you Thane for making it such a memorable vacation.

We cooked all our meal in the kitchen and everything down to a crockpot was on hand. Beach gear and towels all ready to go! We will definitely be back!

My family and I stayed at this property last week. It is the perfect location with access to a beautiful beach and an easy walk into Carlsbad. It was clean and very organized with towels, etc. for the beach. We have stayed in quite a few VRBO rentals and this one is one of our favorites. We will definitely stay here again if we plan another trip to Carlsbad! Thane, the manager, is the best we have ever had when renting a VRBO property!
