Breakfast was the only thing we didn’t like during the stay as it lacked taste and flavor.

The hotel was clean and centrally located. The staff was friendly and attentive.

There could have been more of a variety at breakfast. At times, the pool was too busy and several times there were kids there without adult supervision.

The room was really nice and clean and the location was perfect.

It took over an hour to get checked into our room even though we got there when check in time started. Also the phones in the room didn’t work and the Netflix that was listed as an amenity also didn’t work. Also it just seemed really disorganized. Like when we went for break fast in the morning we had no clue where it was and there were no signs or anything for it.

Was put on hold for long period of time to confirm my reservation, which they claim to not have. When we arrived for late check in (confirmed ahead of time) exterior doors were locked. Upon arrival they had 2 reservations for me instead of just the one they lost. Still have not received my email receipt.

Great location for attractions and very close to train station. Breakfast was a nice value.

There was dirt/food on the ceilings of the rooms. The pool is tiny and crowded and serves two connected hotels. It was not feasible to use ithe pool at all due to the small size and number of people. We stayed 2 nights and were only given towels for one night and told we would have to special request towels if we wanted more for Day 2.

I really enjoyed having a full kitchen with enough room for my family and I to relax without being on top of each other. Breakfast in the morning was phenomenal. Gustavo and Donna were such a pleasure to message whenever we needed something.

Easy to find front desk staff and valet were friendly and prompt

A maintenance man entered our room in the middle of the night unannounced without knocking and scared the crap out of our daughter. His explanation made no sense that it was on a list from the previous day in which we had been there the previous 2 days and not called for any maintenance

Loved the location. Have a Trader Joe’s, Walgreens, CVS, target and Starbucks all with a few blocks. Room was clean, staff were friendly and bed was comfortable.

Room wasn’t ready, got moved to a room without a tub (have two small children), no dishes or cookware in the room. Had to call twice to get it. No towels, called for more. Called for dishwasher soap but they never came. Bedding had stains on it but bedding was clean (bedding just needs replaced). Also, no where on booking.com does it say they charge you $75 daily for incidentals. You get it back afterwards, several days later. But if you’re budgeting your trip, be prepared for that additional charge. It really threw our trip off budget wise. Also, breakfast is hard boiled eggs, yolplait yogurt, banana and a bagel with a drink. Also was charged for two days of valet parking when we didn’t park at the hotel.

Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, but the dining area is a little small. The first day I went it was very crowded and difficult to get a table.

Didn't like having to join Hilton Honors rewards program to use the "free" wi-fi. And I mentioned the small dining area.

The first 6 nights there was silence and the location is absolutely central at a decent price WITH breakfast included, for me those were all pluses.

The fact that there were children booked on the 9th floor and they kept me and my partner up all night, their back and forth and hallway talks were non stop 9pm until 7am… that put a dent in the fact that the receptionist didn’t know how to select security rounds to be done REGULARLY when a group like that is checked in + they should have been placed on a dif part knowing they would be a noxious in their behaviour, keeping clients awake during night time(disrespectful from the other clients’ part); that is a negative point and I won’t stay here again bc of that…

Cet appartement est remarquablement situé proche de tous les moyens de transport et au coeur de Chicago. Très bonne accueil, fluidité des demandes et services. Une dédicace spéciale pour les personnels de restauration (beaucoup francophones) pour leur amabilité. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Il conviendrait sans doute de mettre à disposition de la vaisselle appropriée pour cuire des aliments simple. Une poêle neuve qui 'attache pas et surtout une bouilloire.

The breakfast was exceptional! Great friendly staff and awesome kitchen view. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable! I also loved the location. Great ease of access to public transportation & Michigan Ave, and there were a lot of great parking options.

The pool was a bit disappointing. The large pool and hot tub/spa were full of kids under 10 screaming and splashing late at night / early in the morning. Totally understand that crowding is tough to control and know how much pools are for kids and don’t want to diminish that, but would have appreciated an hour or two of adult swim, even if it was at a late hour or just more enforcement of the 16+ rule for the hot tub/spa! (There were several kids w swim diapers crammed into the hot tub, everyone was a bit uncomfortable) The pool facilities were a big draw to your location for us, so this was disappointing.

O hotel é ótimo, tem uma super estrutura e os funcionários são muito bons. Oferece café da manhã, que não é comum nos EUA, e além disso tem um evento especial na quarta para socializar com comidas e bebidas. Superaram as expectativas desde a chegada, nos proporcionando um check in antes do previsto e tivemos um ótimo atendimento todos os dias. Parabéns pela equipe, eles fazem a diferença na estadia! Super recomendado

Good size rooms, very clean, comfortable, big size TVs, i was not expecting a small and full equipped kitchen i really like that! and the view to the lake with those big windows it's awesome! Definitely will come back!.

2 of the 3 doors makes a loud squeak noise, and it bother in the night going to the bathroom , i request in lobby to fix it nobody came. But is easy to take care that.

The view from the room was good.

The air conditioning had several problems on my floor. The housekeeping was non satisfactory- didn’t take out trash nor did they come with towels and change the bed linens.
