The location is central
The place is nowhere near classification of a boutique hotel. Information on the website states that it a 4 Star hotel but it is misleading, it is more like a 1,5 star. Not impressed at all

The to for my room was not working and the tv remote had no batteries

The bed was so comfortable and the room was beautiful and spacious and very clean
Me and my partner chose that place because of the pool but the pool was dirty and we couldn't swim it was not clean. Which was such a disappointment because it's like false advertising. We wanted to swim

TO BE HONESTY NOTHING OF MY PALLET MET MY EXPECTATION. MY WIFE WAS ILL TREATED BY THE MEMBERS OF THE STAFF. DUE TO THE FACT SHE WAS WITH ME. THE PLACE IS LITERALLY FALLING APART AND THE STAFF SERVICE WERE VERY POOR UNFORTUNATELY. WERE WERE MADE TO VACATE THE HOTEL ON CHRISTMAS DAY HAD TO FIND AN EMERGENCY ACCOMMODATION. BRIDGET WAS VERY HORRIBLE AND BITTER TOWARDS MY WIFE FOR WHATEVER REASON SHE HAD.
UNPROFESSIONALISM WAS THE FUNDAMENTAL ISSUE WITH THE HOTEL SERVICES AS OVERAL.

Doors were not locking so we felt unsafe.
The stuff is clueless about everything and when you need them they are nowhere to be found. Their pillow cases were dirty. We had to ask for a towel change because not

I did not like anything about this place at all. When I called to confirm my arrival time, that is when they apologised and said there was no availability despite my booking having been confirmed.
They have very poor customer service. They should have advised me that they were full and I had booked several days before my arrival. They did not even bother to message me - only when I contacted them that they said they will try to arrange alternative accomodation.

it’s clean and quality
the entry is on a busy one way and when exiting its very steep and I scraped the car all the time. 1st room I had the shower door was broken which resulted in water leaking into the room. second room I was given the door lock was a problem resulting me being locked out and needing assistance each time

The gardens were immaculately manicured which makes for a truly special welcome. The bedrooms are big and spacious with good quality beds. Each room has a unique name which is reflected in the overall aesthetic of each space. The staff are also super friendly and helpful.
The furniture was a little outdated but nothing to be too bothered about, given the great value for money.

There was no privacy, there was some guys workers, they were so distructive to our visit, they caused lot of noise, our privacy was not respected, open view TV 👎👎, limit of hot water in the bathroom was not so fair, there was no bin in our room only bin shell given.
