The room and bathroom are clean . The bed is comfortable. In the room is washing machine, microwave etc.

You have to park car on the street.

I like this hotel and I will reserve again if I need to come back to Pyeongdaek. The room was nice, quiet and worm .We were very lucky we get the early check-in.

Out of the way and by the port but really quite and the room has washer and drying rack.

The bed was skittle hard.

The stuff used in the kitchen and the bathroom was spot on plus the roof top kids play area.

Very poor customer care, kinda sort of racist. They don't even pick calls, during the check out an old guy at the reception whispers something to the guy next which came off weird. And when we asked why they don't pick calls we were ignored. The parking too was so not good, I had to live my car in the drive way. There no one to tend to the automated parking and everything is written in Korean.

E-24 inside the bldg. bed was comfy. received fresh towels and water daily.

the toilet randomly makes really loud noise like someone is using it. seems connected to other peoples toilet. Only one place for power cord to be plugged in.

Great ambiance, clean, comfortable, safe place. Well maintained. Upper floor rooms have good view of the piers and the ocean. Rooms are updated. Everything works. WiFi is excellent.

I liked everything pertaining the hotel itself, but the location is not close to any entertainment.
