This is our 2nd stay. We enjoyed the home and the water sports.

This home is beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed the back deck, the kayaks, paddle boards and the ping pong table in the garage. This home has great views. We rented an electric boat and cruised the channel., and we spent 1 day at Universal Studios in Hollywood. This house was in the perfect location! Very easy access to everything we needed. It was a very relaxing vacation! We enjoyed this home very much.

We had a lovely time at the property. It was beautiful and spacious and had everything we needed. We traveled as three couples with four teenage children 10 total). We loved having easy access from our deck to the 3 kayaks, 8 stand up paddle boards, and plenty of life jackets in all sizes. We went out multiple times each day! The marina was quiet and pleasant, with smooth glassy waters and very few boats out. We also enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage and there were several beach chairs and boogie boards available and the drive to the beach was less than 5 min. It was a lovely strip of beach to walk, build sand castles and just hang out. We’ve stayed at various vacation rentals over the years and we can hands down say that this home had the best stocked kitchen. It had everything we needed with high quality appliances. The mattresses in all five bedrooms were also very comfortable. The deck on the marina was a lovely place to hang out and relax, and we enjoyed all our meals outside. There were no pesky bugs or mosquitos to get in our way. There was a nice cool breeze and plenty of outdoor umbrellas to provide us with the midday shade. Unlike many of our vacation rentals where we still needed some midday outings that resulted in additional expenses, we found we had all the adventures we needed included in this stay. It was lovely! We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it to anyone considering staying here!

Well managed and very clean. Lots of beach equipment beside all the paddle boards and kayaks. Beach and stores are close by. This area of Oxnard is nice as well.

Believe it or not, this house is even nicer than it looks in the listing. It is beautiful inside and out. The back deck with couches and plenty of umbrellas for shade is a great place to hang out and watch the boats go by. We also really enjoyed the many paddle boards and kayaks that come with the house. The property manager was wonderful and super accommodating. I highly recommend staying here.

We had our father stay there for two weeks to see if he did better at sea level, coming from an altitude of 8,000 feet. Not only did the altitude change help but this Home did wonders for him. So peaceful. Tremendous patio area. I stayed for one night and enjoyed it tremendously.

This beautiful property was the perfect setting for our college roommate reunion! The location was ideal and the house was immaculate and spacious. We had a wonderful and memorable get together!

The house is beautiful and well stocked for cooking and the beds were very comfortable. The kayaks and paddle boards were a big hit with our young adults.

This house with its location, views, amenities, and setup was simply the best house I have ever rented. (And we have rented ALOT all over the world!). We were in awe of how well this house was stocked with items I don’t even have in my house! We were greeted by Dawn, one of the nicest agents, with wine and cookies who gave us a full rundown of how to use all amenities. The beds were so so comfortable, water pressure was fantastic, plenty of towels including beach towels, plenty of cooking and serving items. The use of the paddle boards and kayaks was such a bonus. Cannot thank you all enough for this wonderful experience. I HIGHLY recommend this house!!!!!

The pictures are accurate! The house was clean and well maintained and it had so many amenities! Body wash and shampoo in every shower, pots, pans, dishes, tupperware, and even spices to use! The kayaks and paddleboards were the icing on the cake. I would come back here in a heartbeat.

Beautiful house and ideal location. Gorgeous view. Great deck— There were evenings we wanted to enjoy being on the beautiful deck but couldn’t because no one is allowed on the deck past 10pm due to noise restrictions. The paddle boarding was a great perk. Overall great place.

Eight of us stayed here. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for everyone. Sparkling clean and very well equipped. Comfortable furnishings both inside and out on the deck. Harbor Haven made for a wonderful "almost out of Covid" family reunion. We would stay here again!

Spacious house with large deck facing a wide expanse of harbor. This house has a great location near walking paths, restaurants, stores and is a short drive to several beaches. The house is very well appointed with an exceptional kitchen and master bath.

During the day there are umbrellas for the sun that adjust easily. At night we enjoyed appetizers and wine around the fire tables. The house is clean and spacious. The house is exactly as pictured, right on the water and equipped with everything you could possibly need - from all the kitchen necessities to kayaks and paddleboards. The property manager was friendly and helpful, and even gave us a tour upon arrival so we were familiar with all of the amenities. I will definitely recommend the Harbor Haven house to family and friends and will be coming back for future vacations.
