This is a beautiful property and they have everything you need, my only suggestion would be directions on the operation of the remotes in living room, example surround sound etc, could not figure it out and would have loved to check it out. The garage was great for the kids and the furnishings were beautiful. Thank you

This is our second time staying at this Villa , we had everything available for us to use. It was very clean and quiet, close to restaurants and stores and easy access to Crescent beach which was absolutely beautiful. The Manager was very easy to get a hold of and great communication. I brought my two grandsons and they loved going to the beach every day. We will definitely rent again for next year’s vacation.

Everything was exactly as pictured! Everything we needed for the beach/pool was right there! We will definitely be staying here again!

Villa #7 was amazing! By far the nicest on the Key, came equipped with all the necessary amenities. Nothing but your clothes & swimsuits are needed. The man cave is an awesome additional space to hang out. Will definitely be back!

We loved this villa for our family! It was so close to the beach, very easy walk for our five and four year old! The house had everything we needed including a beach wagon and sand toys for the kids. We were pleased and hope to go back someday!

Beautiful villa and location was perfect. We did have a maintenance issue with hot water heater at first but Anthony the handyman talked me through how to fix It. The kitchen has ants. We had to put food in fridge or microwave. I will probably come back.

We really enjoyed the property. For a winter getaway, being outside was key! We loved the patio (furniture is beautiful), ease of walking to the beach, and beautiful property. I hope to rebook for next January!

The villa is beautiful and is well stocked with almost everything needed. However, we had maintenance issues and had to be there to let people in three times in one week! This cut into our vacation time to see/do things. The repairman came and fixed a broken toilet paper holder, towel hook and replaced smoke detector batteries because they were beeping. He failed to address an issue with washer. An appliance repairman came later in the week and reset but stated unit needs replaced due to age. We found ants in the kitchen, bedroom, bathrooms and living room areas. A couple days later an exterminator came and sprayed. I’m glad the issues were addressed and the property manager was nice but it was annoying.

The villa was wonderful for our family of five! It had everything we needed for the beach, and was such a quick walk to that perfect sand. We used the kitchen for numerous meals and it was well stocked with everything. The coolers, ice maker, wagon, etc were awesome. My kiddos especially loved all the funny signs in the man cave!

Relaxing while staying at this beautiful property was easy to do! The proximity to the beach was great. The owners have thought of everything! We loved all of the bluetooth speakers, including portable beach speaker. It came with a wagon, coolers, commercial ice maker, tons of beach towels and enough in the kitchen for all kinds of entertainment. The man cave was pretty amazing!! Will definitely be back.

I hesitated to write this review. My husband, 2 year old, 10 month old stayed in this rental and had a lovely time. Place is great. Location is great. We were actually about to rebook for next year for a month. So here is where it went wrong. It's kindly asked that you remove trash and food from the fridge and also start the laundry. no big deal. We had a early flight so the night before I emptied every trash can, washed all towels, vacuumed, started dishwasher and left a few things in the fridge for breakfast but threw out everything else. Knowing that the morning would be hectic. Thinking this would be more than enough especially since we pay a cleaning fee. Well morning of we left 4 cups in the sink (because the dishwasher was clean) and a washcloth/towel in the shower, and a few things in the fridge. No biggie. But it was a biggie. TWO WEEKS after check out I get an email saying we trashed the place & we were being charged two hundred extra.I was completely taken back by this thinking they have us confused with someone else and immediately called the property manager. She never called me back would only message. She accused us of breaking a towel hanger out of the wall which was broken before we got there. And not doing laundry (I did) and leaving trash everywhere. And breaking a coffee mug. She sent me pics that the cleaning crew took. The pics did not show us trashing the place. It showed a few thing left in the fridge and sink. And chipped coffee mug. I immediately apologized for the mug as I didn't know we broke one but happy to pay for that. I will take responsibility where it's due. Everything else was simply not true. She said this is what the cleaning crew said and that they needed to cover the fees of the cleaning crew having to stay longer. There is no way that would cost an extra two hundred to clean a few extra cups and empty some milk, peanut butter and water from the fridge. Again I already did most of the work, every trash can in the place was emptied! All the laundry was done expect for the towel I used in the morning! it really upset me. Eventually she refunded me one hundred but I STILL got stuck with an extra one hundred. It's not even about the money at this point I more just feel taken advantage of. Also they had a huge ant problem and responded quickly by sending traps. the traps didnt work so I made homemade ones that wiped them right out. I used to live in FL. I spent my own money on that trying to do a good thing hah

We loved the size and location of property. Villa is very nice and remodeled too, but it wasn't cleaned properly when we arrived and all the beach chairs were broken. I still recommend this property for the families, but make sure you contact the owner or the manager prior to your visit, to make sure everything is taken care off before your arrival.

We loved our stay! The house was beautiful, clean and had all the extras we needed. The man cave was so cool, loved all the humorous signs! We were across street from grocery, Captain Curts and a shirt walk to a breakfast place. Caught the trolley just across street and on to the village we went! Short walk to the beautiful beach, and other family members were in the high rise...so all close together! A wonderful family/retirement vacation. We will definitely stay here her3 again.

We had a great time. This condo is very nice. It was very clean and had many amenities. There were a few issues with the kitchen though. There were tiny bugs all over the countertops all week that kept coming. The Keurig coffee maker was very dirty and we had to clean it. We would definitely stay here again.

I want to begin by saying we are repeat Siesta Key vacationers. We have stayed in other villas besides this one, and this one is the BEST thus far. The attention to detail in regards to what you may need as a traveler flying in; such as: commercial ice maker for filling coolers, sand toys, beach wagon, tons of beach towels, bikes, literally everything you could need. Property manger is easy to work with. My family will absolutely love to stay here again.

Villa #7 was amazing! It was immaculate, just a few steps to the beach and was stocked with things you didn’t even know you needed. If you have kids, you will not need any beach toys, there was more than enough. The man cave is great and air conditioned. This is the best vacation rental we have ever had. We booked for next year before we left.

The Villa was perfect for us. We had 3 kids ranging from 11-16 and put them in one room very comfortably. It really had everything we needed, beach towels, drink coozies, boogie boards, a speaker for the beach, ice maker for the cooler to take to the beach, all dishes needed, some spices, and we were even able to do laundry as we went to dinner to keep from having do much when we got home. The only thing I think needs some attention soon is the wagon they provide is holding together by a thread. A few bungee cords and it was fine for us but it's on its last leg. This is not a complaint at all only a recommendation bc most places won't even provide that. I will stay here again and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in siesta key. The location is great too.

Very good villa and beautiful beach

Overall, our trip to Siesta Key was fantastic! We were very pleased with Villa 7 and all the amenities! The Villa was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The owner thought of everything for an enjoyable stay. Having our 2 young boys with us, we appreciated the ease of walking to the beach or pool and definitely appreciated the wagon filled with beach chairs and sand and pool toys! In addition there were ample bath and beach towels along with a well-stocked kitchen. The extra living space of the finished garage was wonderful for morning workouts or afternoon time for online schooling or conference calls. I highly recommend Villa 7 and if we plan a return trip to the area would definitely try to book again.

We could not have asked for a better condo, or location! The condo was equipped with anything and everything you could want for a beach vacation!! Beach towels, wagon, ice machine, just to name a few items! Looking forward to going back next year!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. The villa is just beautiful! It is the most well-stocked villa/condo we have ever stayed in. They thought of everything! All the homeowners and renters we talked to were very nice! If I could ever buy a place, I would choose this as my retirement home! Thanks!

Everything was provided...just bring your clothes and bathing suit

One of the chief reasons we selected this villa was access to a private patio with an outdoor BBQ grill. It was extremely important to be able to cook meals without having to use a community grill during the Covid pandemic. However, the grill was basically useless because the 3 burner tubes which supply the gas flame were 90% plugged. It barely generated any heat despite all burners on high. I notified the property manager (Jennifer) and she offered no help. Said she’d have to contact the owner to see what he wanted to do about it. Then said he’d be unavailable for a week and we should just use the community grill. I sent a few pictures of the terrible condition of the “guts” of the heating components and she said she’d pass them along to the owner. Later that evening I received a lengthy text from Tom (owner) who basically blew off my complaints about the nonfunctional grill. He was very condescending and told me the grill was a “complimentary “ item and we should use the community grill. Despite several texts with pictures, he did nothing. He said if his “asset” wasn’t good enough for me we should leave the premises and receive a refund. We weren’t interested in leaving after only a couple days into our two week rental and only wanted him to make the grill functional for the bulk of our stay. After a couple more follow up texts to him he threatened us with eviction if he received anymore. We ended up leaving 3 days early. We’ve used VRBO for about 20 years traveling coast to coast and this is the worst treatment we’ve ever received by an owner when requesting help to fix a problem. We can’t wait for his reply which will most definitely be a completely different story. Our truthful review is a warning to potential renters if they ever find the need to approach the property mgr and owner about something that needs attention during your stay, prepare to be belittled, threatened with eviction and bullied. We have stayed at several villas within Crescent Arms, over the years. Villa #7 is beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The Man Cave provided an additional tv and seating area that our family really enjoyed. We highly recommend this villa for your next trip to Siesta Key!
