Close to restaurants, shops and beaches. House is perfectly located a few streets back from the port so that it is quiet and in an elevated position with a view of the water and town lights.

There was nothing to complain about Villa Fanandes. The house was absolutely stunning and clean. The view in the evening was gorgeous. If we ever return to kefalonia then Villa Fenandes would be our first choice of where to stay.

Best views in Sami and beautiful home for 13 days

The house is in a great location just 5 mins from shops and restaurants. Best part is the view from the covered terrace - right across the bay. The sun just comes onto the terrace in the evening so is very comfortable and a great place to have breakfast or lunch. Perfectly laid out inside with large open plan kitchen and dining area and seating areas. 3 good size bedrooms. Air con throughout.
There was nothing we did not like.

Everything was perfect:
- great location, close to everything but far from noisy roads
- the villa itself is perfect: wide rooms, exactly as in the photos, well equipped and furnished. Very nice garden and fantastic terrace with view where you can have a romantic light candle dinner.
Owners are nice and helpful.
Parking is available within the compound.

We enjoyed relaxing on the terrace with its stunning view over the bay and watching all the activity of the port where ferries and yachts come and go all day.

This was our second time staying at Villa Fanendes and it was just as good - amazing views, lovely accommodation and Maria is extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

Very comfortable, clean, spacious accommodation. Maria was very friendly, met us on arrival and showed us around, and provided a big fruit bowl, some home baking and plenty of water for us. The kitchen is really well equipped, the views from the terrace are outstanding, it's lovely and quiet despite being so close to everything. Theodosis responded immediately to any questions I had before arrival too. Couldn't recommend it more and would love to come back in future.
