Esta casa fue terminada a principios de 2019. A estrenar y muy lujoso. La gente está entusiasmada con el estudio de arriba con 2 literas llenas sobre literas (dormir 8).
Literalmente, a 10 pasos del patio trasero se encuentra la enorme piscina con una cúpula de agua para niños, un tobogán, 2 jacuzzis y una cascada. Utiliza la barbacoa y disfruta de la televisión por satélite.

We had a great time in St. George. The condo was amazing and the pool was warm and super fun.
There did seem to be a small leak by fridge.

I and 2 daughters came to enjoy some time away in the sun. We loved that the pool was just feet away from the property. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved walking on the sidewalks surrounding the entire property. Beautiful views of the valley. The space could use a deep cleaning. You could see brown under the toilet rim as you walked toward the bathrooms. The bathroom fans were covered in layers of dust. I won’t go into detail but as we got on the floor to do yoga in the bunk room there was a lot that had not been cleaned up from previous tenants. For the price this property was decent. We place a lot of importance on cleanliness. If that’s not a big deal for you, you’ll be happy with this location.

We loved that we were steps away from playground and pool. We had a bunch of kids and it worked out perfectly.

We loved this property and we were so excited about the location of where we were staying because we were right by the playground and pool-perfect for the young kids in our family. The layout of the property was spacious and open. None of our family felt crowded. We loved that there were so many different TVs, so there could either be movies playing or video games and nobody complained. The only complaint that we have is that there was a generator or power source right outside of some of the bedrooms, and it was quite loud, so it disturbed some of our families sleep at night.

My only complaint is that the heat was not working. it was freezing on the first floor and we could not figure out how to turn the heaters on.

Absolutely beautiful place! Located in a great area. Lots of bedrooms for privacy. Lots of bathrooms. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Pool and hot tub were fantastic! We used the grill several times. Beautiful patios to sit on and enjoy the sunrise or sunsets. My entire family loved our stay. And our host was amazing at answering any questions.

This is a great property! It was nicely stocked with kitchen items and other supplies for our family vacation. The property manager was very responsive when needed. Only one small complaint would be that the carpets could be spot cleaned. Would recommend to others!

We had the best time at this place! Everything was clean and the appliances all worked great. My kids loved the park and pool right outside the back door! The beds were all really comfortable and every room was spacious.

Nice, clean property close to the pool which we spent hours at. Nice set up for our family. My younger kids loved the bunk bed room. We also enjoyed the pickle ball courts. I loved the close access for early morning trail runs. We would stay here again!

We had a great time staying at this place. It's close to many MTB trails and we plenty of space for food prep, relaxing and pools are great for the kids.

The condo was great. I did notice the main floor stayed a lot cooler than the upstairs. But it is January so we liked to sleep a little warmer. It took a minute to find it but otherwise the state was amazing. My husband never sleeps very well in anybody’s bed but ours, and he slept like a baby the two nights we were there!

Wonderful!
We loved having the condo to come back to after visiting the national parks. It really made the whole stay so much better than it would’ve been if we had just stayed in a place without the pool in the hot tub. Everything was clean and up-to-date and when we needed something fixed they got right on it. Would definitely stay there again.

Our townhouse was great! We were able to fit our whole group. We did have a few questions and the owners answered promptly. We didn’t really go sight seeing just spending time with family. We are close to most places. The view was amazing! Thank you!

The swimming pool was fairly large, yet on the weekend there were a bunch of college students who were filling the pool deck sunbathing and occasionally dipping into the pool. I had to turn some of my children's eyes away from some of the behaviors of these students. Overall, the accommodations were great, fit our family well, and was comfortable. With a TV in each bedroom, and one if the living room we were able to spread out and watch what we individually wanted to watch, instead of staying together and not agreeing on one program or movie. I'd stay here again.

Man, we had a blast here. The house was perfect for our trip. Close to Zion National Park and Sand Hollow Lake. Make sure you visit the Ashibar Spa right down the road and ask for Kollin. The introductory massage is only $49 per hour. I did cupping and it was much needed. Smith's grocery is within 2 minutes. Dede's breakfast is 1 minute away and has the best breakfast /lunch in the city. The pool with water slide, hot tubs, shallow kiddie area and restrooms are right out your back door and even has a swing set Covered parking directly out front kept the heat well off our full size SUV especially since it was 115° out daily. The beds were very comfortable and the A/C mini-splits in each room kept our place to a chill 67°. Amy our concierge was very easy to talk to and gave us late ✔️-out! The showers were always hot and had no issue keeping up with 4 grown men. Family dining table and outdoor grill were exceptional. TV had Netflix and local stations. We all did laundry on our last day with the in-unit LG stack and it was very efficient. If I come back to St. George again, this is where I'll be renting. Much appreciated and much love to everyone that made our trip memorable for our lifetime!
