I love this home! The view from the upper deck in the master bedroom was beautiful! I love that it was up and away from the town because it gave us an opportunity to explore and see the neighborhood. I can’t wait to come back!

The house exceeded our expectations: the tender yellow facade with the fainting lavender green windows was like taking out of a Wes Anderson movie, and the courtyard and the terrace offered privacy and refuge from the wind, while providing both sunshine and shadow throughout the day.
My only wish for the house was better beds.

The house is stunning and has a beautiful view over the mountain. The beds were super comfortable and the terraces were a great place to spend time, with a glass of wine or breakfast. It’s in 5-10 minutes walking distance to a cute little beach and an easy route to the port. Irene was very helpful and kind towards us our whole stay. We were there as a group of friends and we had a great time.
The description of the house made it seem like there was 4 bedrooms and one living room - but in fact there are three bedrooms and one living room that had a bed couch. Tho this was not a big issue, cos we stayed out on the two terraces all the time anyways.

The whole island is magical. We felt like we stepped back in time in the stone house, but it had all of the modern amenities. The balcony was my favorite. It was difficult to leave.

The house was very nice with a great view. There was nothing that we missed. Check-in as well check-out was very easy and the host was kind. Overall it was a perfect stay.

Host met us at the port, arranged for baggage transport, and escorted us to the house. Very responsive to all commiunications!
Upstairs shower had a very slow-draining drain.

Irene was a Great person very friendly and positive person...she informed us about the island and gave nice tips for having great time in hydra... everything was perfect...more than we were expecting

Irini picked us up on the port and explain us what to do on the island, places to eat, etc. She was a very friendly host. The house has amazing views and is perfect to allocate a big group like my friends and I.

The property is not 'a few steps from The Hydra Museum Historical Archives and a few steps from Ecclesiastic and Byzantine Museum' but is in-fact quite far from Hydra Port (at least 15-20 minute walk), up a series of steep steps towards Kamini. The location is excellent, and the house is beautifully situated in a private courtyard with wonderful views - but prospective guests who aren't fans of steps should take care!
