Open space in the single room with no door between bedroom and bathroom.

I had someone to call for me as I had no connection in my phone.
Once I got new code I was in, but it took 20 minutes in the winter night, and got lucky enough to find and ask random local people to get helped. Scary moments.

Squeaky clean and surprisingly comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a short stay. Not many amenities for longer stays. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Wish there was a bit more available like a simple breakfast or laundry. But really a nice stay.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. As I arrived about 10 p.m. and left at 7 a.m. the next day I needed nothing more.
The entry system did not work first time and I was lucky that there was a staff member there to assist me.

The room was very clean, and we unexpectedly got a private bathroom which was very clean as well. The bed was very comfortable and it had a soft mattress. The room was very close to the city centre. The slef-check in was very convenient.
Since the room was close to the street and the city centre we could clearly hear the cars outside.

The room was clean, funcionalist and simple, offered averything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. the hotel is in very good location with free parking possibilities.

The attention to some details made for a very unique and fun experience. The design of the family room was impressive to make it comfortable and yet still include all the necessary facilities.
The smaller separate toilet was a bit small...either a smaller door or a sliding door would have been a better solution.

Good location in Villach. Easy self check-in. Clean rooms.
In my room, the shower was in the room itself and the toilet was across the hall. Would have been nicer if it was the other way around.

Stayed for one night as passing through the city. Was very clean and the 24hr check in was helpful. Didn't have any contact with the staff but we weren't there for long anyway so can't comment on that. Very comfy beds and a good stay overall!
Bathroom was a bit cramped but no major issues really.

Very clean and new, located within a 10 minute walk of the train/bus station. Self checkin is clearly explained and straightforward.
Seems expensive, though there isn't much other choice in town.

Very clean rooms, close to town, with very kind and accommodating staff. The staff really went over and above. They were great.
The washroom is a private washroom for the room, but is located across the hall not in the room. The sink and shower are in the room but the toilet is across the hall.
