Easy booking and communication. Property was right as advertised and was great for 12 adults.

Quiet neighborhood. Everything was nice. Loved spending time in the pool and hot tub.

We visited this property with our extended family for a vacation away from the cold. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great for our family and provided enough room for everyone. The house is beautiful and provided everything needed for us to enjoy our stay. The day before we were going to leave, we noticed the sinks in one of the upstairs bathrooms were leaking. We notified the owner and just used the other sinks until we checked out. We had some issues with heating the hot tub and water running low but the property manager had someone from the pool company come over and it was fixed. It would have been nice to have more directions on how to use the remote so we could adjust the temperature. The cleaner in the pool also seemed to not be working. Overall, we had a great stay.

Beautiful property, great location, exactly what we needed to get family together from all over the USA to celebrate a birthday! Unfortunately the pool & hot tub where not up to temperature so it was very disappointing when the most important Amenity to everyone was the pool & hot tub the reason we booked this house. The last day we finally got the hot tub up to temperature & but it was too late. The cleaners need to clean the kitchen way better, all the kitchen items we seemed to use were grease and sticky. Kitchen knives are in desperate need of sharping and updated good cookware. Ice maker was a great bonus very handy, the putting green was enjoyed! Perfect house layout for our group, everyone was comfortable and enjoyed their stay. Beds are very comfortable, could use a few more towels in the bathrooms so we didn’t have to constantly wash towels. More than one kitchen towel & one wash rag in the kitchen would be very helpful addition too. But overall great place and will definitely be staying again if we make it that way again!

Nevertheless the pool area is wonderful we spent alot of time outside plenty of room for everyone. It does get rather hot when the sun blazes down on you in the afternoon. Comfortable beds, the master bedroom bed was wonderful & very comfy. Best sleep I've had in along time. I would rent this home again.

This property is everything it says it is! Our party of 15 stayed for seven days and the house had plenty of room for everyone! The pool and spa are great, the house is well equipped with everything you will need. Sheila was wonderful with answering any and all questions we had. We would 100% recommend to anyone and wish we could have stayed even longer. Overall, nothing less than amazing!

We rented this property in large part for the pool/spa and backyard. It was originally rented for a family reunion 10 adults and 4 young children to which COVID end them coming to the US. I then recruited our golf trip guys to use this booking. 8 old guys to golf and enjoy the pool and Spa/hot tub. 1. When we arrived the pool the pool was full of algae. The algae was so thick it was impossible to see the bottom of the shallow end of the pool. 2.We immediately contacted the owner who called the pool cleaning company, who arrived the next day, but they were unable to clean the pool to rid t of the algae during our 7 day stay. 3. The spa/hot tub malfunctioned several times - completely drain itself. 4. The spa was not hot, as the heater turned off at 90f 5.The propane tank ran dry so we didn't even get to 90f one day. 6. We communicated with the owner every day expressing our dis-satisfaction and were constantly told the pool people would return and deal with the issue. The pool guy gave us his phone # and helped us through the Saturday night when we smelt propane in the house. 7. We learned the owner has the ability to control the pool and hot tub remotely and finally the last night she allowed the spa to get to 96f after they refilled the propane tank and i complained about no heat . It was finally clean enough. The swim trunks were still green after. 8. There were many issues in the house which were all small but add up. Lights burn't out, we bought a can opener, no hot water at main sink in Kitchen to mention a few. 9. The bright spot was the commercial ice machine worked fantastic. 10 We would of been happy to pay the surcharge $50 for the pool and spa if they worked . This property was promoted as "Piece of Paradise with Resort like Pool" Not sure where we go from here but. We paid in full, 1 year in advance, will we receive compensation from the owner or VRBO for this misrepresentation. I delayed writing this review as my call to VRBO was supposed to be returned with a email to which I have not seen yet. Kevin

Overall this was a great set up for families with old and young kiddos! It took time to figure out why the pool wasn’t heating but the owner was very responsive.

Rented for a mini vaca place for fam members attending a nearby wedding. Easy to get to, great back yard, plenty of room for everyone. Check-in and out super easy. Great, and prompt, communication with the host. Would definitely recommend, and wouldn't hesitate to rent again if in the area!

Overall, very nice setup for our group of 8 guys on a golf trip. Well equipped kitchen, nice backyard, great sleeping arrangements. Did have issues with spa heater and refrigerator but homeowner was very responsive.

This home was perfect for celebrating milestone birthdays for family members and supporting our soccer player in her tournament at Bell Bank park. The pool and backyard area was perfect. Unfortunately there was a malfunction in the pool heating system but Sheila did everything she could to get it fixed.

Our family really enjoyed the property. Unfortunately the weather was uncharacteristically cool for the week and we were unable to enjoy the outdoor areas as much as we wanted. Would recommend to others.

This was an amazing property for our family get together. A little something for everyone to do. We had a great time and would do it again when in the area!

Good property. Overall good experience. Some things to work on. Pool very confusing to operate. Teracota around pool chipping and falling into pool. Ant problem in back yard. Storage under stairs a mess. Dirty filters stuff just piled up.

Nice property but cleanliness needs some attention. I would assume this is a cleaning crew problem. This did not detract from our stay and this house was very relaxing place for us. Will definitely stay here again if available.

This home was a very enjoyable retreat from the snowy winter. The pool and hot tub were incredible and the waterfall, slide and basketball hoop made it even more fun. The house is well appointed and we enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood feels safe, definitely check out the Olive Mill (7 min away) for great prepared food and fun gourmet items and Boyce Thompson Arboretum (40 min drive, but worth it). The owner, Shield, was responsive and pleasant to talk to. Thanks for a wonderful getaway!

Despite a variety of issues we had with the property, my extended family and I enjoyed our week long stay. The owner was very responsive and had maintenance there quickly to address our concerns. The house could use a deep cleaning, inside and out, along with some updated kitchen supplies. Overall a great family vacation!
