It is a very nice and cozy apartment close to Bayreuth Festival Theatre. It is clean and quiet and the owners are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to come again.

Ich habe in der FeWo unfreiwillig auf dem Balkon übernachtet. Der Vermieter macht falsche Angaben. Es gibt kein separates Schlafzimmer, sondern nur einen Raum mit Bett, Sofa, Küche etc. Auf Anrufe reagiert der Vermieter nicht, wirbt aber mit 24-Std.-Rezeption. Der Vermieter sollte die Angaben umgehend berichtigen, sonst ist es eine Mogelpackung.

Host was smoking on balcony below us late in the evening and one day even early in the morning. Because of temperature we had to have the windows open so the cigar / cigarette smell really disturbed our sleep on two nights. This is obviously what our host do so we did not complain. i never had this problem before with booking.com but next time I will request in advance a room that will not be affected by smoking fumes / smell. .

Was very clean, quite and lovely place. It's one room, terasse and kitchen with bathroom. You can feel privately.

The apartment was very clean and we felt there like at home. There was not a single thing that was missing.

The apartment is very comfortable, clean and cozy, there is a parking place right in front of the house and we slept well in the big bed. The Festspielhaus is just a few walking minutes away and the view to Bayreuth from there is amazing.
I forgot something in the apartment when we left and the superhost sent it back to us within a week. Thank you again.
Our dog Jaden was also welcomed and really enjoyed the place and the walks around the Festspielhaus.
Check in time was 4 pm and in our case, unfortunately, the apartment was not yet ready. We could only check in at 5 pm. This can of course happen, but caused some stress for us since we had plans to meet friends for dinner at 6pm. An earlier check in time at 2 pm would have been better.

Everything was perfect! Super clean, modern apartman, comfortable bed, silent area, nice owner, and a beautiful red cat around.
