Acomoda fácilmente a 2 familias. ¡Dos salas de estar separadas o simplemente conviértalo en una gran casa de diversión familiar! El nivel principal y superior cuentan con 3 dormitorios / 2 baños / cocina / comedor / sala de estar / cuarto de servicio y 40 x 30 cubierta. El nivel inferior cuenta con 2 dormitorios / 1 baño / cocina / área de recreación y sala familiar con su propio cuarto de servicio y patio de 40 x 30. Muelle cubierto con buenas vistas al agua. Nuevo muelle compuesto y rampa con pasamanos compuestos. Remodelación interior completa en 2019. Estacionamiento para 4 a 6 autos. Televisor de nivel principal de 65 pulgadas y TV de nivel inferior de 55 pulgadas (3 dormitorios con TV también). Mesa de ping pong, tablas de hoyo de maíz, hamaca, hoguera al aire libre y 2 kayaks disponibles. Cerca del parque estatal (aproximadamente 1 milla) y a 10 minutos de Mooresville y Statesville. We had such a lovely time spending the week with extended family at Chad’s lake home. It was a wonderful house, lots of room, super clean and well stocked. Chad was so easy to work with and responded immediately to any communications. You can tell that he wants you to enjoy spending time at his house. We rented a pontoon boat during our week and thoroughly enjoyed tubing, exploring and swimming in Lake Norman. We also had fun paddling around in the home’s two kayaks. The house is in a very quiet area but accessible to grocery stores and restaurants within 10-25 minutes. Couldn’t recommend this vacation house more highly! Would give 10 stars if I could!

My family and I had a great stay at this spacious and comfortable lake house. We enjoyed the dock and the kayaks that were provided. The house has spacious living areas and bedrooms, was stocked with cooking supplies and dishes, and is tucked in a nice quiet cove on the lake. The beds were very comfortable and the house has been very nicely renovated. There were also toys for our kids which was a very nice and thoughtful touch.

This house was perfect, located in very quite cove on the lake. We got to actually meet the owners when we arrived, they were very nice and wanted to make sure our needs were met. We get together once a year to meet other family members and the space was great. Will definitely keep it on our list for our get togethers.

We had the best time at this beautiful home which appears recently renovated and very clean. It has everything you need for a gathering of family or friends and a nice relaxing time on the water. It's a great quiet cove, too, and our kids loved jumping and swimming off the dock every day.

I couldn’t say more about my families experience and time and this home and that’s what it felt like a home. First thing, the host was so easy to communicate with and accommodating. Chad was the first best thing about out stay. Secondly the home had everything we needed, it was spacious, clean, instructions to things we needed to know were clear….the ping table and the hammock were a hit with the kids.
Last but no least the outside, backyard and the lake. It was a raining Fri-Sat over the wkend but the one day the sun broke thru meant everything. That Sunday was also my late moms birthday, so to be short the beautiful peace and tranquility was priceless. Everyone enjoyed the lake, the views, the activities(kayaking) it was a beautiful way to be close to the family I love in a way my mother would be proud.

The house was very clean and organized. Chad did very well with going out of his way to communicate to make everything an ease from check in to checkout. The house had everything you could possibly need with exceptional views!

This is a gorgeous, well appointed lake house with exquisite views of Lake Norman from all floors. The owners deeply care about their second home and we can see why. The house from the interior bathrooms, kitchen and living areas to the lawns are well kept with laundry on two levels for convenience. Chad the owner is also very attentive to his guests needs and was so very kind to search for a precious item that our Mima had left behind and send it to us straight away! Our only regret was that we were so busy with family activities that we did not have enough time to take in the beauty and relaxation of this sweet home. If you are smart you will get out on the lake in a kayak, fish off the dock and enjoy the fire pit with views of the lake. Only wish we had more time here. My brother in law who does vlogs of their global travels even incorporated it into his YouTube video on Charlotte under Travel with NJ Steve. Check it out if you want to see the house and get a chuckle.

This property has it all. Communication with the owner was outstanding. Chad always made sure we had everything we needed and made sure of that. The propery is beautiful and our kids loved it. The view of the lake was perfect. We even were able to take the 2 available kayaks out on the lake several times. The firepit was perfect as we loved the chairs available to use. Super clean, 2 big kitchens, and was perfect for our Thanksgiving celebration with 10 people. Wondeful stay and will definately return in the future.

We loved staying at Chad’s property! The house was very clean, had tons of space and great amenities. The fire pit and outdoor seating area were nice to have for cold nights. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was is in an area that provides easy access from land or water. Very nice dock that could accommodate our pontoon. The house was updated and spacious. The owner communicated with us and we had no problems.

Lewis Lake House
3 floors, ping pong, corn toss, kayaks, fishing, swimming, fire pit, hammock.....etc. Wonderful house, very relaxing and quiet. Would definitely recommend this listing.

Magical Place
Three generations had a wonderful stay. We swam and kayaked for hours each day. Hiked in the state park next door. Fire pit and hammock for relaxing. Plenty of room with separate downstairs kitchen and rec room. Very friendly and helpful host. Highly recommend!

The 5 bedrooms provided ample space for our 5 adult children, 3 grandkids and ourselves. Kids played games, ping pong, used the available kayaks and watched movies on the large living room TV. The dining room table accommodated most of us around it. The only regret is that we didn't have enough time to have a fire and roast marshmallows around the firepit.

Perfection!
I can't say enough good things about our stay at "When Pigs Fly", 9 members of our family spent a wonderful Christmas at this property and had an amazing time. We lucked out with incredibly warm weather, which allowed us to take advantage of the kayaks and other outdoor activities (lots of cornhole competitions) the property has to offer. The house was well equipped for our large family to spread out and enjoy each others company - the two nicely stocked kitchens were great for preparing a big holiday meal, large dining table to congregate around, great deck/patio/firepit, the ping pong table was super fun, and overall it's just a lovely home away from home to enjoy your vacation. Chad is a wonderful host and was super helpful in quickly responding to any questions and also provided recommendations to restaurants and local attractions. I can't recommend this property enough, would love to come back and enjoy the home and lake in the summer!

My family rented this property so we could all be together celebrating milestone birthdays in the area. If we knew the property was going to be so beautiful, we would have stayed longer. The owner was extremely informative and very polite. I would give this property 5+++ stars.

We loved our stay. The house was very clean, the lake front location was amazing, and the space fit our needs perfectly. Above all of that though was the excellent communication. I stay at a lot of rental homes due to work and personal travel, and I've never seen such great communication.
