Excellent location, the facilities are good, the spa was exceptional.

- When we arrived we had to wait for approximately 10 minutes for someone to arrive at the reception. -After the receptionist checked us in, we kindly requested for an extra key card since she gave us just one for a three-bedroom. She declined -in an impolite manner- and said we had to come back later for an extra card. Later on, a colleague of her assisted us and apologized on her behalf. - In the next morning at about 07:30 we went to the reception to ask where the breakfast area is (something which they usually inform you when you arrive at a hotel!) but there was nobody to assist us. - The staff doesn’t speak Greek and seem upset if you don’t speak in English (!). We struggled to get a Perrier at the Bar as the waitress had no idea what that is.

We stayed for a couple of nights bed and breakfast and were very happy with the hotel - our room was clean and comfortable with an excellent bed. The bathroom was also clean and everything worked very well. The buffet breakfast was very good - plenty of choice including cereals, yoghurts, salads, hot food, Cypriot choices (anari, halloumi, olives, lountza etc. and pastries), also various bread rolls and choices of bread and croissants and raisin pastries/pain au chocolat. We were both very happy with what was offered. Coffee was from a machine but it was OK. Georgia at breakfast had everything under control - all the staff throughout the hotel were very friendly. Adequate, easy to access parking is provided. We'd happily stay again.

The location is a little away from the best beaches of the area (the coast is very rocky immediately in front of the hotel) but to be fair, the hotel provides a free shuttle service to a nearly beach. The bathroom is a little small.

our room had a great view, we loved using the jacuzzi, the AC was quite and kept the temperatures comfortable. everything was included and it felt great going anywhere and eating, drinking and interacting without thinking of payment. The staff were so nice to us, just wow, we asked them for icecream just out of nowhere and they opened the doors and gave us some from the freezer, we felt comfortable for sure. And we loved the wellness center downstairs!!!

in our room's shower we had some old yellow/green stains from the shampoo on the walls, not something major at all. regarding the cocktails in the bars, no one measures the ingredients so the drinks come out unbalanced which is a shame as this is easily fixable, from our experience the barman inside does the drinks better than the staff in the outside bar. regarding the locker room, we kept our things there and didn't have anything stolen but we would feel more safe if entry to the room was restricted to just the staff with a key or something, we saw that everyone can go in without questions from the staff. wellness center is fully booked, we managed to squeeze in but we would have wanted to visit them more often.

Nice to chill. Calm atmosphere in the afternoon (on the terrace). Free parking. Food is good. Friendly staff. Breakfast includes a wide variety of food.

There was no note on the door saying that the room is disinfected when we first arrived. The metal of the sanitary-ware in the toilet was a bit rusted. Also, the toilet brush was not clean at all! The minibar was empty; only water was served. The beach is not near by. Better to have a car.

Everything from start to finish was amazing, modern hotel and rooms, excellent staff and we even got a free upgrade to a jacuzzi suite. Couldn't recommend more.

Rooms are spotless and new. Cleaning staff, reception and Mr. Nicos in the restaurant fabulous. Grounds are lovely. Spa is superb, had a fantastic massage by Constantina.

The staff was great, thank you Rodica and Tatiana. Great view, the amenities were good. Also the spa treatment and spa staff were great. It was clean and food was good.

The air conditioning noise was too loud during the night.

Very good location away from the crowded beaches of Protaras and relatively peaceful and quite, especially if laid away from the pool. The breakfast was rich and of good quality and the rooms and facilities very clean.

House cleaning staff were a bit loud while on the floor cleaning.

Good location with a nice see view. Hotel is quite nice and rooms are very spacious - at least our room. There is also a swimmig pool and a gym.

There is no beach access from the hotel. However there is a free shuttle which bring you to the nearest beach and back to the hotel. Any off-list request is hard to be accomodated (e.g. a soya cappuccino) and you need to be lucky on which waiter is on duty that morning.

very small pool area. few sunbeds in the pool area, some quests leave their towels to reserve a sunbed from the night. the staff was not trained well, they seem confused in every situation the coffee in the pool bar is overpriced. they didn’t refill the shower products .

The facilities were very good.

The waiting times at the pool bar were long even though there were hardly any customers. It felt like it was an effort for staff to serve you. The room was turned down after our first night but we were left with no towels so had to contact reception twice to get towels. Again, everything from the staff seemed like an effort.

This hotel is awesome and worth every penny. It is located between Ayia Napa and Protaras (we had a rental car but there is also a bus station near the hotel). The breakfast was varied and you had a lot of options to choose from. The pool area is very nice (sunbeds and pool bar, chill music in the background) and the water is clean. The staff was super friendly and helped us with everything we needed Room service is available and they have a pillow menu (I chose a different type of pillow and received it right away) There is a transfer available to a beach nearby or you can swim in front of the hotel (rocky, but there is a pier)

Perfect place to relax .Very quiet ,exceptionally clean and the staff always friendly and helpful Totally recommend 👌 and for sure I ll book it again.
