En face d’une boîte de nuit donc de la musique à partir de 21h jusqu’à 3h du matin tous les jours de la semaine sauf le dimanche et lundi soir.

Il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner. L'emplacement est bien voire très bien.
Les équipements et en particulier la climatisation. La connexion également. Mettre plusieurs chaines à la télévision pour les informations locales et internationales.

I didn't like this hotel, so much so I didn't stay and left. I liked the idea of the kitchenette that's why I booked this hotel room. I was first shown a room on the first floor, but moved to the second floor.
The room was very dark and had a bad smell. The window was in front a wall and a tree, not allowed any air to come into the room. The room was opposite the stairs. Put me on the third floor when I'm 60 yrs old.

On arrival staff telling us no booking and no rooms available late at night luckily we had family able to drive us around vila after 5 attempts found accommodation stranded at night without family in a third world country would be a terrible situation for tourist no language barrier as an excuse as my wife is from Vanuatu spoke to manager 2 days later to be told we had a booking and should not have been told no vacancies never going back to them again after being put in such a situation

The staff are friendly and even though the place was full and they were dealing with issues, they still showed consideration. The manager was understanding of my dissatisfaction and gave me a partial refund. The location for the cost is great. If the facilities were working properly they'd get a.much better score.
Unfortunately for 6 of the 7 days of my stay the solar hot water boosters were broken and there was no hot water. The toilet seats don't fit the toilets. The place.needs a good fumigation, there were a lot of small cockroaches in the rooms and elsewhere in the motel

Staff were friendly
A horrible night club across the street starts at 9:00pm and finishes at 2:00 am drunk angry people in the street until dawn. The hotel said that they had 24hr security however my car was vandalized right in front of the entrance. I asked for airport transfers and never got a reply. The AC didn't work and wasn't fixed. I won't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

All staff were wonderful especially Roselyn in house keeping.
Front office staff were wonderful too.
Loved the location. Duty free shops , souvenir shops and restaurants are very close by.
Transport at the front door of the motel.
Night club noise from across the road . Too loud from 9pm to 3am / Tuesday night to Saturday night.
Too much disturbance for any guests who wants to have a good night sleep . Changed rooms a few times , didn’t make much difference .

The lady at reception was ver helpful. When we cancelled our booking she stuck exaxtly to their cancellation policy
The security man was also good, he wouldnt let us cross the road and enter the motel without his escort
The location is very seedy, dirty, and the street monopolised by drunks.
I didnt feel safe.
The night club opposite is very noisy.
Air conditioning is extra 1000 vatu per day.
The facilites below budget prices.

Nothing - the property is very run down and in poor condition. Extremely noisy and not a nice place to stay.
No hot water, tv had one channel. I had to pay an extra 1000vatu per night to use the airconditioning. Powerpoints were all cracked, holes in the walls/roof, music from the nightclub opposite runs until around 3am and it is so damn loud. Room was dirty and extremely rundown unlike what the photos on booking.com suggest. Avoid it at all costs.

The ladies at the front desk were amazing and went above and beyond. Always with a smile and very welcoming and helpful, and always cleaning! Would stay again for sure.
