Very clean and spacious modern property with excellent facilities. Comfy beds & fresh towels. Within easy walking distance to the centre of town. Would definitely stay again.

After the first minute or so the water went cold in the shower on our first morning which was a shock to the system! Everything was fine the next day, the water was lovely and hot. Our allocated parking space was taken when we arrived back from Legoland so we parked in the visitor space which was available. Didn't feel the need to complain.

The apartment is bigger than it looks in pictures. Beautiful space for a family with everything you need for a break in Windsor.

Hot water was an issue but the host said this will be sorted . Main bathroom door handle is loose and difficult to open back door .

We were on a UK trip and stayed at 5 properties and this was by far the cleanest. Everything was sparkling which is great on the last leg of your trip. Great facilities and location

The warm water was only enough for two people to have a quick shower. Not great where you have 5 people staying and all showering in the morning to get out to sightseeing early.

lack of kitchen supplies - no dishcloth, or hand towel, no kitchen spray cleaner, no pots with tops for use in microwave, no jug, most of the glasses too big to fit properly in the dishwasher, no mats to protect dining table from hot dinner plates, coat stand broken, lights not working over mirror or shower in en-suite, unable to secure property as many window catches and locks around the property did not work, springs in seats of black dining chairs have broken and are very uncomfortable, insufficient comfortable sofas/armchairs for 6 people, only 1 parking space. jets of spa bath had not been cleaned out and sprayed scum out into the bath water. yuk!

En-suite bathroom sash window didn’t stay open. Main bathroom mirror light didn’t work.

It’s a beautiful and spacious apartment.

Excellent directions for entry into the apartment. Spacious and well resourced with crockery etc. Beds were comfortable and fans provided to cope with heat.

Excessively slow draining shower in ensuite. Also toilet roll holder needs tightening as the toilet roll kept falling off and running across the bathroom floor. Stained lounge cushion (possibly blood or ketchup!) Dishwasher may need a service as had to hand-wash everything after it had been through the dishwasher

Location was great, the apartment was tastefully decorated, roomy and comfortable. All equipment needed was provided. Instructions were informative. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I would recommend is a towel rail between the shower cubicle and wash basin in the on-suite bathroom so that a towel can be on hand before stepping out. It also might be an idea to make it clear on the website that there are three flights of stairs to the property so not suitable for those with mobility restrictions or families with small children.

Hot at night but fans were provided. Allocated parking space was taken after I left the apartment for a day out, however I was offered an alternative parking space at another location

Fantastic property within spitting distance on central Windsor, but in a quiet location with good security. Well presented and appointed apartment, the kitchen particularly lovely. The host went above and beyond to make us welcome, it was incredibly hot and even brought us ice when the ice maker wasn’t working! Would love to stay there again!
