I love this apartment hotel! It's good for the environment and has a beautiful garden with fresh air. The rooms are luxurious and look great. It's quiet and peaceful, like a classic hotel. The facilities are excellent and the rooms have everything you need. It's also affordable compared to other luxury hotels.

The location was great, the ambiance was great. Staff were very helpful. Gloria who was in charge of front desk is wonderful

Wifi connectivity sometimes was weak. The safe was not functioning.

Wonderful staff. The general manager is on top of keeping standards. Staff were polite and exceedingly helpful. Housekeeping (Especially Blessing) were very efficient and thorough. I would respectfully and politely suggest the rooms need a new coat of paint, the curtains and bedding need changing and the electrical and sanitary fixtures could also do with renewing. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will be going back for more! :)

Rooms need a new coat of paint, a/c units, electric and sanitary fixtures, need to be updated. Curtains and bedding, while clean are tired looking and in dire need of change. However, wonderful staff and management.
