Beautiful setting on the Intracoastal Waterway! Sleeps 6
Ubicación tranquila en el Canal Intracostero, ¡disfrute de la vista desde la cubierta o desde el muelle privado! A media milla de la rampa para botes públicos o un par de millas a la playa, trae tu kayak, SUP, cañas de pescar y palos de golf. Se trata de la VISTA. ICW casa con muelle y muelle. (El muelle flotante no se encuentra en una zona de No Wake con mucho tráfico a veces) Esta ubicación también está cerca de muchas cosas. 5 minutos para poner su silla de playa en las hermosas arenas de Ocean Isle, numerosos campos de golf, restaurantes, y una multitud de servicios y conveniencias. Lo mejor es caminar en su propio muelle y sentarse y ver los barcos de crucero comprar en el ICW. O simplemente disfrutar del cangrejo y la pesca.

This was our second summer at this property and are already planning next summer's vacation. We love the location of the house and just the house in general! We stayed from Sunday to Saturday and enjoyed all things beach, fishing, crabbing, etc. We even had time for a little puttputting and go cart racing. We will definitely be back next year!

We had an amazing time with this property. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure was spot on, there was more than enough dishes and cookware for an army. This is an older home but it is clean and has everything you will need to have a pleasant stay.
The best part we enjoyed was fishing off the pier and sitting on the porch upstairs watching the boats roll by. We caught Spots, Croakers, a small shark, and a Rockfish.
We are, most definitely, booking this property again in the future.

This is a great property with a real cozy feeling. All the amenities you could possibly need. Quiet neighborhood with a great view and dock. Always have a great vacation at this spot. 10 out of 10.

I can not say enough about how absolutely wonderful this property is! The cleanliness is unmatched. The view is stunning. My heart is so full! The area is extremely safe for female travelers.

I brought my kids for a week in paradise. The house had an amazing view of the inter coastal waterway and the fishing was great. The overall condition of the property was decent. Some of the outside furniture could use some updating. Inside was nice but the palmetto bugs were a nuisance. Overall it was good and the location was great.

We loved the house in Ocean Isle Beach. The house is right on the Intracoastal Waterway with a nice pier to enjoy the sun. This location was perfect for my wife and I to unwind. Ocean Isle Beach is a short drive away making day trips very easy. We hope to go back again soon.

Great place to stay and do some fishing. No big fish in December but still can catch a lot of decent small fish like whitings, croackers, spots, etc. A few keeper black drums. Also saw some dolphins.

Not only was this the coziest little gem of a cottage, but my husband said the pier with lights and washing station was exceptional. Even had rocking chairs on the end of the pier.
The house was extremely well equipped. Beds were very comfortable, as was the living room furniture. Water pressure in the shower was awesome. The owner, Bill, was very communicative and accommodating. We would love to come back again.

My family enjoyed this rental so much that we have already booked for next summer! It was exactly as described and everything that we needed. We probably spent the most time on the pier and the king size bed was super comfy. Cant wait until our next stay!

This was the 2nd year in a row we stayed at Bill's place on the intercoastal. Had a great time as always. Bill is super easy to communicate with and his place is awesome. I'm sure we'll be back again to fish and hit the beach up.

Overall, it's got what you need, but was not impressed with cleanliness. The little ground floor suite smelled so badly of mildew (didn't see any but you could smell it) we couldn't use it for a bedroom so we had two bedrooms and one bath instead of three beds and two baths. But, sitting on the deck and the pier and enjoying that perpetual breeze off the water, watching the ongoing boating exhibitions out there, was very enjoyable. You will need to rent linens, BTW. There's a great assortment of spices and cooking supplies, which saved us some unnecessary expense.

My husband and I just spent this past week at Bill's place on the ICW. We had a wonderful time. The home was perfect for our needs. It was a lot of fun to fish from the pier, watch the boats go by, and admire the dolphins. The neighbors were very kind, but not intrusive. We hope to stay again soon.

This is an awesome property. Very private. Our Christmas visit with new granddaughter was enhanced by the accomadations. Had to make Christmas dishes and deserts to share for our Christmas dinner and every thing needed was available. Bill is an excellent host and provides great communications. It was unseasonly cold and Bill made sure we had all we needed to stay warm. Hope to stay again in warmer weather to enjoy the fishing pier

This was the third time we have stayed at this property. We love it! It is peaceful, private and relaxing. The view is great and you can watch all the boats go by from your private pier. We caught plenty of fish mostly croaker and the convenient cleaning station was a plus. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cooking necessities. The bed was comfortable also. I highly recommend this property.

Being able to wake up each morning grab a cup of coffee and sit on the back deck or walk down to the dock and fish was just awesome. It was great to make so many memories with the family and especially my grandsons. Being able to stay that close to the intercoastal waterway was fantastic. Great place to stay.
