Wonderful

This was the perfect place for us to stay. 6 adults, 2 3-yr olds, and 2 1-yr olds. We had everything we needed for our young twins, and entertainment for the 3, almost 4-yr olds. 2 porta cribs were available, and fit in the bunk bed room easily, so the kids could all be in one room, and parents could have their own space. Family and friends all stayed in the home comfortably. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking at home. Next time we come to the area, we will stay here again!

This home was amazing, we were in town for a UTV event, close to local eateries & shopping. The hot tub was great after a long day out riding. Owners were great to take care of all our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

House was exactly as listed. It had beautiful views all around. The windows had full height curtains on the bedroom windows which was great. The hot tub was a 10/10 and had a great washer/dryer. We would definitely book this house again when in the area next.

The house we rented was amazing, could not be happier. So many amenities as well. Would certainly go back & would give anything to take that beautiful house home.

My family, which includes myself and my wife and our two daughters (5 and 2), along with my mother in law had an amazing week in Southern Utah while staying here. The location is SO great. We hit up the North Rim, Bryce Canyon, Dixie Natl Forest, Kolob Canyon and had three days in Zion itself. The location made it all possible as we had to avoid hiking in the heat of the day. Pretty close to everything meant we were hitting the trails early and overall got in over 30 miles of hiking. The drive into Zion is beautiful with the morning sunrise. About 25 minutes. The house itself is large and airy, great windows and lighting. The walled in backyard adds a lot of privacy. Beds were pretty good, we slept just fine. Master bedroom suite is huge. The big red couch is amazing though, very comfy and spacious. The house could easily cater to 3 couples and 4 kids. The house provided everything we would need and then some. There was a cooler we took out each day which was super convenient. We bought some reusable ice packs for it and left those behind of course for future guests. Everything was easy to find and the internet was just fine. Had a great week, zero complaints to note.

Joey’s place was the ideal house for our two families (4 teenagers, 4 adults) to spend a few days exploring Zion and Bryce during the day, and relaxing in the evening. The kitchen was well stocked, the entire house was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The sectional was huge and everyone could fit comfortably and watch a movie together. The kids enjoyed the backyard and hot tub. The day we checked in, the VRBO app crashed and Eddie, the host, reached out very quickly to ensure we were able to check in without issue. This was by far one of the coziest and most well appointed house we have stayed in. Highly recommend!

This home was amazingly comfortable. Very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. We were visiting Zion and it was great being able to come back to a place that felt like home. I would highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the area. We had a blast! Thank you!!

It was a delight to stay at this home in the mountains. The home was so comfortable and so many extras. Spikeball, cornhole, dvds, waffle bar etc. The location was perfect for us with easy access to the parks and vegas. And a hot tub was a must.

We were very pleased with our experience starting from the view to the house instructions and communication with Eddie. We are very grateful to Eddie for making our stay as easy and comfortable as possible. Thank you again!

We had a wonderful time. We loved the location the house and the layout. Great layout for the bedrooms for privacy and quietness. The waffle breakfast provided was wonderful.

Stayed here with 3 couples and everything was awesome! Would stay again for a Zion vacation.

Everything was as described and more. Loved the waffle bar, hot tub, huge king size beds! Close to Zion & Bryce for day trips. Quiet neighborhood. Being out of towners we weren’t expecting the Utah alcohol restrictions. Bring your wine from home! We had a great time. We would definitely stay again.

The property was excellent. Very clean and orderly. Great location for many destinations. We had a little issue with the breakers while we were there but the owners responded. The only drawback was there are only 2 bathrooms so it’s a challenge for a large group.
