Sakura Fuji is an impeccable property at one of the best locations in Kawaguchiko. It is literally a 7-minute walk from the station (both bus and train in the same building) and is pretty much at the center of all attractions around the area. And the owner, Chris, is just an extraordinary host and human being. What an amazing guy and the service he provided throughout the stay. He went above and beyond in responding to any requests from us. He maintains the properly excellently and is very thoughtful about the amenities he provides. Quality stuff all around. One of the best parts about the property is the view from living room window of Mt.Fujisan as soon as you get up in the morning. It is as good as it gets from Kawaguchiko. I cannot recommend this property or Chris any higher. I will definitely book this in a heartbeat if we visit this area!

Host was very friendly, fast and patient with us. there were a hiccup on the door code but is not his fault. he came very fast and resolved the issue. the view was stunning and the internals was great. all appliances can be used. there are coffee machine, sugar, salt, utensils, even cooking oil and BBQ coal, picks, etc. shd have done BBQ then. can take a free bike ride along the roads and countryside. very nice also. i miss the place already

floor was a bit sticky when we came in. Not enough time for 2 days stay so keep missing the place everyday. 4 beds and 2 tatami beds. 1 bed were quite soft for me. all 2 adults and 3 kids still kept a good nights sleep!! far from shops but very quiet.

The hospitality was superb as Chris was such a helpful host that accomodated to our needs throughout our stay. On the first day, he picked us up from the station so we had no problem reaching the place. He speaks perfect English and Chinese so we had no problem communicating. Moreover, the place was clean, cozy and had the perfect view of Mt. Fuji right outside the window. Overall, we had such a great experience staying in Sakura Fuji and will definitely be coming back in the future!

Chris was such a good and friendly host. He offered to pick us up and drop us off at the train station. The apartment was really nice and clean, with an exceptional view of Mount Fuji.

The view was amazing! it's quiet area and there is a barbecue pit where we could enjoy using. There is a lot of kitchen amenities where we can use to cook out own food.

Wish there would be more than 1 toilet.

Great Mt Fuji view, extremely relaxing and enjoyable with fresh air in the morning. The host are very friendly and did prepare us some welcome drinks and donuts 🍩. Feeling great to stay here with family.

Thé host had turned in the heater before our arrival. Delicious complimentary strawberry cakes in fridge. View spectacular. Perfect in every way.

The host was friendly and responsive, and he was thoughtful to allow us to keep our luggage before the check-in time while we headed out for our day trip. As for the room, it was fantastic. The room, while compact, was neat and tidy. There were 3 rooms with 2 beds each, sufficient for a group of 6 to live. Plus-point: we even got to see Mount Fuji on the living room window. During our stay, we opted to have the BBQ at the villa. The host kindly prepared the items and equipment for us, and all we needed was to buy the ingredients and prepare them for the BBQ. Location-wise, it may take some time to walk, so best to get to here with a car. Overall, a good place to stay, if you have a group of up to 6 people travelling together.
