The property was spacious and had privacy from outsiders besides the visitors in the other villas.

The property was not properly cleaned. The entranced of the villas were extremely flooded that we had to enter through the garage. Our kitchen sink did not work and the water would just sit in the sink. Our neighbors in Villa 1 had their kitchen flooded. These villas have a plumbing issue.

the place was nice, and private

the pool could have been cleaner. water was merky, and there was no tvs on any of the rooms the only TV was in the living room downstairs.

We liked the closeness to Old Port. We are very familiar with Puerto Penasco.

The roof leaked, water coming in under the doors. Garage leaked and covered our car with a white film from the sheet rock. No DVD, only Mexican TV stations. The lighting was either broken or needing to be replaced. We left 2 days early. When we picked up the Key we were told that we needed to leave a $200 deposit I told them I had already paid, but they insisted so we gave them the deposit. We just found a charge on our credit card for the $200.
