I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel, and I wanted to share my thoughts and feedback regarding my experience. Overall, there were several aspects that I genuinely appreciated, but there were also a few areas that could use improvement. Let me start with the positive aspects. One of the things I really liked about the hotel was the fact that it was a renewed old building. The blend of modern amenities with the charm of historical architecture created a unique and inviting atmosphere. The high ceilings and thoughtful design choices further enhanced the overall ambiance of the room, making it a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing space to stay in. The attention to detail in the room decor and layout was commendable. Moreover, the hotel's location was excellent. It was conveniently situated in a prime area, allowing easy access to various attractions and amenities. Whether it was shopping, dining, or exploring the city's landmarks, everything seemed to be within reach, which added great value to my stay.

However, there were a couple of aspects that left room for improvement. Firstly, the breakfast offered at the hotel was the same every day. While the quality of the food was satisfactory, it would have been nice to have some variety throughout my stay. A wider selection of breakfast items or daily specials would have added some excitement and prevented monotony. Another issue I encountered was with the air conditioning in my room. Although it made a noticeable noise, it didn't effectively cool the space, leaving the room uncomfortably warm at times. This made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep. Proper maintenance or an upgrade to the AC system would greatly enhance the overall comfort of the rooms. Lastly, I was disappointed with the towel replacement service. Over the course of my seven-day stay, the towels were only replaced once. This frequency was insufficient, as clean towels are an essential part of a pleasant hotel experience. It would be highly appreciated if the housekeeping staff could be more attentive to such details and provide regular towel replacements.

The rooms are nice and tidy, the staff friendly, but the breakfast was not amazing. The balconies can hardly be called such. But they’re fine to stand on. The whole place has been remodeled at some point, but unfortunately the walls are a bit thin. So you may be part of your neighbors social life at times. Don’t be mistaken, the place is nice, we’re going back.

It's been many times I stayed at this hotel, that's probably all you want to know. But, I also want to mention the staff - very caring, friendly and helpful.

Tidy clean Comfy bed Paint color 👍🏼👍🏼

1. One way road, taxi would mind waiting big time & most likely cancel on you🫵🏼 2. No hotel sign outside ! You have to guess the location even when you already inside the building!! 3. No elevator! (carried all my luggages all the way to floor no.3) 4. No fridge in the room ! 5. In the bathroom no shelfs no place to store your stuff! 6. Only tea no coffee 🤷🏻‍♂️ 7. Super rude kitchen staff !!! 8. Quality of food is horrible 👎🏼

- the bathroom shower had mold in the corners which we really did not like - geberal smell from the drain pipes (seems like general problem in Tbilisi)

The hotel is a nicely renewed old building in the part of the city where there are lots of bars and restaurants. The room vas very nice, clean and cozy. The breakfast was diverse and contained delicious fresh made options. The staff was helpful and kind.

Two minor things, but we were a bit disappointed that the coffee is instant, not from espresso machine. Also, Georgian bread is soo nice and to the breakfast there is cheap toast bread served. Please change that and add Georgina bread to your breakfast options.

Room very nice, big balcony, bed was comfortable, staff very very friendly! Great location in the city centre. The look from the hotel is very nice and cozy and in nice condition.

Breakfast was totally miserable, the worst I've ever had in a hotel. The only things you could eat were tomatoes and cucumber. No fresh coffee, etc. Room was a bit dirty (dust and hairs on the ground), but hotel provides slippers, so it was okay and bedsheets and bathroom were fine.

The room is super clean and breakfast service is so good. If you go to this place, you should try the local wine so impressed! :)

All area is totally clean and fresh, the stuff is so nice, the people are kind. Breakfast was delicious. I was enjoying a lot

Old Tbilisi, the central part of Tbilisi, and everything you need is within walking distance from the hotel. Thanks to the receptionists and the staff the stay was really good! We booked for 2 days and I think we will be back again.

I liked the interiors of the hotel it's design of old style art elements. Also the breakfast food quality was good. Location is close to metro station Marjanashvilli. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I did not like location since the building is located in narrow streets which are dirty and in front of hotel there was several cans of trash and our balcony and window looked at it. Also it was noisy due to low level of windows isolation. The windows were old style wood and all vehicles, trucks and other noises were very loud especially late night and in the mornings when sleeping time. Also the room was for 3 adults but the size of it was small and it was hard even to move for 2 adults and 1 kid. The bathroom shower glass doors were not properly isolated so the water penetrated down to the floor and half of bathroom was always wet when having bath. The hair dryer was often disconnecting so it took long time to make hair dry. The bed for 2 adults was uncomfortable as the mattress was too soft. I would suggest improviements considering above.

The pillows are too large (very high).

the room is spacious, cute layout as well, bathroom size is good, staffs are helpful though we had a hard time communicating as some speak little english, location is in a quiet street few minutes ride from city center

there is no lift and the smoking area is just right outside the door of the hotel but still inside the building

the property is new with a very nice and fresh look, it’s clean, the staff is nice, the breakfast is simple but nice enough, in all its my 3rd stay at the place and I’m happy with it.

it’s not to close to any attractions but the taxis are very chip and it’s in a quiet neighborhood (so it depends on your preferences), the second thing is the smoking in the entrance to the hotel (I think that bothered me the most)

Fantastic value for money. Stylish rooms. Very cosy. Decent neighborhood.
