The Cedar Park location worked well for our trip, and was convenient to grocery stores/restaurants. The accommodations were clean, quiet, and comfortable. I would stay again.

My son needed surgery at Texas Children's in Cedar Park, and this home was the perfect respite for my family. It was clean, comfortable, and a short drive to the hospital. Conveniently located to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, etc. Also close to Brushy Creek Trail! The host, Annie, is very accomodating and quick to answer all of my questions. Highly recommend!

It was a very nice and clean house. It was the perfect size for our family with plenty of space for everyone. The neighborhood is very nice, walkable and safe. Playground at the elementary school was easily accessible.
Only criticism would be the couch seating is not comfortable and it would be nice to have additional seating outside for meals and lounging.
I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Austin!

Large rooms. Great kitchen and laundry.
Very dark interior. Surfaces clean. But patio dirty. Deep clean would get the dead bugs.

The house is very clean and close to the airport. The 4 of us had lots of space. The downside of the property is the living room furniture is very uncomfortable and the mattress in the master bedroom has a big sag in the middle. I would definitely stay here again.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this rental offered the perfect place to stay. It was exceptionally clean and close to a wonderful park and shopping. The owners were quick to respond if we had a question. We would definitely stay there again.

We came out to Austin with our son and girlfriend to visit our other son who lives in the area. We couldn’t have been happier with this house. It was in a great location just 10 minutes from our son and in a very quiet neighborhood in Cedar Park. The house was clean and comfortable and the communication with the host was fantastic. The next time we come for a visit, we will most certainly come back to this house if it is available.

The house was super clean, and it had plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed, and overall, it was a really nice place to stay!

The property was located nearby the areas we were visiting. Very easy to access and get in and out. Neighborhood was quiet with no concerns while we were there. Property had everything we needed. We didn't have to contact Annie while we were there, but communication was easy, prompt and clear during the check in/out processes. This made for a simple and easy stay for us. Would recommend to others.

The owners were very responsive, from my first inquiry, through booking, and following our stay (we left an item and needed help retrieving it). The location was quiet during our holiday week visit, though there is a (beautiful/new) elementary school nearby so I imagine it's more bustling when school is in session. The playground at the school was open/unlocked, so families with children might appreciate that nearby benefit. Shopping/services are a quick drive (or longer walk) away. Residential neighborhood is flat and easy to navigate, so we enjoyed stretching our legs and exploring on foot. Nightly cost was reasonable; the additional fees and taxes are high, but that comes with the territory. It's an easy 30-minute drive to/from AUS without traffic.

Only 2 complaints, may be time to update the double bed in guest room. And the outside could use a pest spray. Other than this, the property inside was super clean and comfy. The house is located in a very nice location.

Great stay at a fantastic house
This house is as great as the pics and listing indicated. It was super clean and very nicely furnished and designed. It's in a very convenient location very near 183 in NW Austin. The owner was super responsive to a couple of questions we had. We appreciated the fresh-cut flowers on the kitchen island greeting us when we checked in. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone and we will absolutely stay here again for our future trips to Austin.

Great property. Clean. Neighborhood is very quiet and walkable. Centrally located for exploring all parts of the greater Austin area. Only drawback is lack of outdoor patio furniture. The backyard is beautiful, and we would've liked to have enjoyed it more. Overall, highly recommend this property.

Just the right location
We came to visit family members located in Austin, Cedar Park and Georgetown. This location was ideal. It's a wonderful property, close to highway access, stores and entertainment. The owner did a great job of communicating with us and providing us with everything we needed. We will be back.

Visit to Grandma and Grandpa
The place was spotless, bright, and laid out perfectly for our family of four. Could not have been happier with the location (close to family we were visiting) and all of the amenities (running trail, markets, transportation) were within easy reach. Simply fabulous.

Great location for North Austin
Nice neighborhood, close to everything we needed for a visit with family in north Austin. Living spaces are all tile which made our stay a little bit cold, especially getting out of the shower without a bath mat. Only other drawback was running out of toilet paper and dry dish towels on day two. Overall nice property.

Austin Getaway
My husband & I, along with our 2 year old thoroughly enjoyed this home & it’s location. We had more than enough room & the house was very clean & well kept. The location couldn’t be more perfect for great restaurants, nightlife, kid friendly spots & quick highway access. The neighborhood is safe & quiet. Outstanding experience
This home was beautiful, so clean, the beds were amazingly comfortable, the door lock was easy to use, the WiFi worked, the air conditioning worked perfectly. Everything was exactly as stated. My family couldn’t have been more comfortable and pleased with the accommodations. Such a very nice home. Quiet neighborhood and so close to everything needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to any family. Outstanding home.
