Spacious rooms, clean toilets, all necessary items provided, staff was helpful Staff was good. Property was good.

the location is excellent and room was clean. the staff were courteous and helpful. its just a 5-10mins walk away from good restaurants. its a great value for money

Toilet flush is not working properly.

I didnot like anything except location. No Lift arrangement. Only one room boy.

Excess collection of money than specified in web site. Unclean room & bathroom. Shower system not working.

Hotel looks clean

I opted with Breakfast included. But they have not provided. I spent additionally. Refund required for amount shown for breakfast it is said while booking Air Conditioner. But even after so many reminders also AC not switched on. Slept with fan air only.

No breakfast provision

Staff and Manager do not listen at all. Need to remind multiple times for basic things like towel, soap, Good knight refill. When requested to help in TV channel to activate, after 3 request in 90 minutes Reply was that this is number of Tata Sky service supervisor, please call directly. Manager was not at all interested to respond on anything, even visited after 1 hour of check out to get Invoice. Guest was less still service was below par.
