We had a great rental experience with great beds and roomy rooms. I had 12 ladies staying at this great home. The rental was spacious, clean, and included a very stocked kitchen. It was a short walk to the beach, the pool was amazing, and it was great to eat meals together in the big kitchen.

My wife and I took our entire family to Florida for a vacation this year. We were lucky enough to secure this property which fit our needs perfectly. The property was very nice located in a great neighborhood, and very close to the beach. This was perfect for the entire gang, we had a great time and would like to thank you very much. Beach Escape is the perfect spot for extended family to get together in the sun and fun Indian Rocks Beach!Our theme for the week was "You do you!" Lots of long morning walks on the beach, sitting around the pool, playing paddle ball at the beach and then joining all 11 of us together for dinner out on the town! Love this place! From start to unwanted finish, our time at Beach Escape was amazing. The house was large enough for our group ( 8 adults and 8 children ), and when we weren’t all together, we each had private space. The home was well equipped - we found anything we needed. We paid for pool heat, and my grandchildren were in it everyday. The extra outdoor spaces were great - the kids spent hours looking for “lizards “! Beach was close, and all the beach gear in the garage was greatly appreciated. Check in and out were very easy. We would definitely consider this rental for our next family trip!! We were very satisfied with everything.

This is our second time renting this house for our yearly girls’ weekend. The house is fabulous. So roomy and has everything you would need. Short 5 minute walk to the beach. Great pool to relax in after a day at the beach. Looking forward to renting it again next year.

This rental was absolutely fabulous! We were a large group meeting the maximum occupancy and everyone had enough space to eat, lounge and play. Hands down, the best stocked kitchen of ANY house or condo we’ve ever stayed in! The proximity to the beach was perfect and the area felt very safe even with our younger kiddos. Beach time rentals were always courteous and very easy to work with...super pleased with the cleanliness of the rental when we arrived!The next time we’re headed to Indian Rocks Beach we plan on staying here again! We had three families sharing this home for a week. Plenty of room for all with a large kitchen and family room area. Great bedroom spaces as well! The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to enjoy large "framily" meals. The pool area was terrific and there were plenty of pool floaties and items supplied. It's a super easy and quick walk to the beach and the street is directly across from a beach access point which was fabulous. We really can't say enough good things about this house!

There are things in the rental that are not listed in the description that should be made known to renters. There is a lights off/noise ordiance policy from 10pm-7am. The A/C is capped at 72 degrees in the home. The ice maker doesn't work, so you must buy bagged ice all week. You are not allowed to charge a golf cart on property. The game room is a garage with no A/C, it's too hot to use. The home is dirty, our feet and socks were black within an hour.

By far the easiest check/in, check/out process I've been through. House was perfect for our family to gather, cook, and hang out in the living room area. Great location, we loved the neighborhood and how easy it was to walk to the beach or to local bars and restaurants. Plenty of room for us, 11 adults. Love this place!

This rental accommodated our family of 20 with room to spare. Everything was very roomy. Having a pool was a huge asset especially with little kids. The location is great as you can walk back and forth to the beach and a couple pubs and restaurants. A small downfall were the rock hard beds and flat pillows. A mattress topper would of made a big difference. Everyone enjoyed themselves and we'd definitely rent here again.

Springbreak for 12 guests aged 15 to 74!! Accomodations were perfect for our group. We loved the location, the proximity to the beach and the pool was perfect. We had one minor issue that was addressed and solved by management.

Beach Escape was perfect for our family of 13. All couples had their own space and the kids bunked together. The Pool was a must have for the kids, they spent all “home time” in the pool. The beach was a short walk with great sand and warm water. The place was clean and well equipped. Everyone loved it and we hope to come back again.

House was great for surprise birthday party for my wife and five other couples (no kids vacation). Location is fantastic to the beach, with supplied equipment, and walkable restaurants and bars. Guppy’s is a must for food. Chef Charlie, Chef on the Bay, came to the house for group dinner, highly recommended!!

This place was wonderful for our group of 13. Everyone had their own bedroom/space. The beach was close. 3 min walk. We paid to heat the pool, it was very nice. The community was nice and quiet with lots of small local shops and restaurants. Not many high rises which was nice. The home has many steps so if you can not do steps this home is not for you. The kitchen was supplied nicely , however the knives were very dull, and their was only 1-2 sets of kitchen towels. It could of also used a few more cooking utensils. We would definitely stay again. Lovely home.

This was the best vacation ever the house was big enough for everyone in my family, my kids grandkids all had separate sleeping space great. The pool was great everything in home was great clean and spacious. The property manager was great answering all my questions about were restaurants and best spots to see. The house was wonderful and I would rent it again so nice but they have curfew at music outside but still it was great few blocks to beach.

The unit was spacious and met our needs well regarding the layout. The dining area had plenty of seating which was great for our large family. However, upon arrival, we discovered several maintenance issues which we reported immediately. The most significant one was that the ice maker in the refrigerator was completely non-functioning. There was not a cube of ice available and not a single tray that we could use. I was told on a daily basis that our issues had been reported to maintenance. After our Saturday arrival, a repair person arrived on Thursday to look at the refrigerator. After about 15 minutes, he announced that a part was broken and that he would have to get permission to order a replacement. Needless to say, when we left on Saturday we still had no ice. For a family of 16 staying under one roof for a week, no ice available was a huge problem. We ended up making a daily trip to buy ice for the family. This was our major complaint with the stay.

Place was clean and so convenient to the beach and walkable to 2 area superb restaurants. Plenty of space and linens. Had trouble the first day with water pressure in one of the bathrooms upstairs, but was fixed the next day. Plenty of parking. We had an SUV and 3 minivans with room for another vehicle if needed. My go back to this same house again in the near future.

The house was big enough for 20 people and we only had 12. In the one week we were there we had to do a load of towels every day because there just wasn’t enough. Other than that everything was great
