All was fantastic. The main area ac didnt work as well as all the ones in the bedrooms. It didnt bug us enough to do anything about it. We had a wonderful time and the property was beautiful!

The condo, resort and location are among our favorites from vacations over the years on Maui. This is the first Maui vacation with grandkids, and the condo and resort had space(s) for everyone to be happy! The property manager was excellent to work with from start to finish.

Generally happy with this property. Good location, beautiful grounds. Unfortunately we repeatedly had animal droppings on our lanai. Saw an animal on the lanai one evening. Called the management company who took 2 days to attend, left traps inside not outside without explaining to us. On final night had a dead animal in the trap. Very disturbing for the family. I understand this is a tropical location but we have visited many without this kind of incident. I requested cleaning of the lanai. Which turned out to be a light sweeping. Not good enough for the price we were paying.

Our vacation was absolutely wonderful - don't get me wrong. The problems we encountered weren't deal-breaker's by any means - but when you pay a premium price for the accomodations you wouldn't expect as many problems with key card access as we encountered. Also found the parking garages way too inadequate for the number of guests they had at the resort. If inside parking is one of the amenities - you would hope that you wouldn't have to use valet services or find your own parking on the grounds more than 50% of the time.
If the price wasnt as steep this could have been easily overlooked.

The location of this unit was perfect. Easy access on 2nd floor from the pool/beach and parking garage. Beachfront view was great and was honestly pleased with the unit itself. Had everything we expected it to from the accurate online listing. The resort itself was mediocre at best. The pool was actually cloudy and packed and pretty gross and we rarely used it because of it. After finding the second maxi-pad floating in the pool we definitely were done with it. The resort itself is really the only knock here. It’s great because you get a 3 bedroom but otherwise that’s all it really has. Our main resort hallway wasn’t vacuumed once the entire time we were there and after day 4 of stepping over potato chips and trash it honestly became pretty annoying. The resort amenities are overall sub par compared to much of the Maui resorts I have stayed in previously. We booked this trip late and this was available so we tried it out. Definitely won’t return to this property only due to the resort overall. The property as a stand alone was great and I feel bad leaving a mediocre review… but for $2k+ a night you are largely paying for the resort. And the resort just wasn’t great if I am honest. It does have a sandy beach and great snorkeling. Dukes being on-site is nice also. There are just so many better resorts close by for the same or cheaper prices for far better, cleaner, and more modern resort offerings.

We had a wonderful time vacationing in this large, beautiful unit. The extra-large outdoor balcony was the perfect place in the morning to watch the birds and in the evenings to catch the sunsets. The unit was very well appointed. The unit also has next door stairway access to make the trips to the beach/pool quick and easy.

Wonderful room and resort!
I have nothing but positive reviews of this place. Room was in excellent condition, location was perfect, staff was friendly and accommodating. We left after 3 days and checked in to Four Seasons and honestly, Honua Kai was just as nice if not better. Highly recommend!!!

Yes you can snorkel in front of the resort. Don’t recommend swimming as you might encounter a sea urchin if you aren’t looking. The urchins stay buried in or under the rock.
Recommend familiarizing yourself with the layout and maximizing the use of the very convenient stairs.

This unit was amazing. Stunning views, wonderful lanai sitting for entire family and a kitchen from a chef's dreams. Top of the line appliances (Viking) with enough pots and serving containers for some very fun family dinners. We had two units but this was our gathering place:)

Fabulous!
Put simply, and without exaggeration, this home is fabulous. Spacious, beautifully decorated, well designed space, fully equipped with top of the line appliances, excellent ocean views despite its second floor location, superb beds -- just all around primo. Can hear heavy equipment at Luana development work site on the east side of the property during weekday work hours, but easily ignored.

A great place to call home!
We loved our week in paradise. Sitting on the lanai to watch the sunset and listen to the waves crashing was heavenly. This unit was everything the pictures promised. The three bedrooms with lights-sized beds were lovely and comfortable. We never heard any noise from neighbors above or below, which was surprising. We appreciated the supply of spices and seasoning for cooking. Would defbe mutely recommend K-202 to others!
