We loved the location ( opposite Wawel, only 10 minutes walking distance to the main square)

Staircase was more like a ladder , it was hard to get downstairs - don't try it after a few drinks 😂

Location was the only one good thing

Very tired and run-down apartments. The photos are completely unrealistic. There are no curtains in the rooms, so there is no way to block out the light from the street, the bathroom door is cracked and won't close, the sink is mouldy and the furniture is worn. The TV does not work.

Location was perfect! Nice, spacious apartment very modern and very clean. Will definitely book again if back in the city. Beds were also very comfy

The owner met us, gave us the keys, was very helpful, place was clean and in a very good location. The flat has good accommodation and good big fridge and a microwave

Only two rings to cook on, my group were scouts , so not easy on a budget. It would serve the flat better with a 4 ring cooker but to be honest we all had a good trip so did not matter.

The location is perfect, it's very near the city centre. Sebastian is a very nice host.

Location is perfect. The yard is quiet and calm and pigeons give it a nice sound background.

there is hudge difference in what you see on the pictures and what is the reality. Very small apartment. Very old trashy furniture, the kitchen literally falls apart, shower is leaking like hell, the living room has no air coming in (no window), hairdrier and electric kettle don't work at all. Not enough of toilet paper, no floorcloth, so we had to clean the shower lake by towels. We stayed there in 7 people and that is probably the total maximum you can survive with in this small flat. Can not imagine being there in 12 people. And there is only one pair of keys, so when bigger group, you have to hide the keys somewhere...

great location, perfect for a big group, we were a group of 10. Location was amazing and Sebastian the host was brilliant. couldn’t recommend more
