This beach cottage is amazing! Perfect location with just a short walk up a path to the beach and close proximity to the shopping at Coligny Plaza. The pool was great for relaxing in the late afternoon after a day at the beach. The cottage itself was so nicely decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. Susan was a top notch host. Excellent communication!

We had an amazing experience booking Rusty and Susan’s vacation property. The pool was a godsend in the Aug heart and humidity. The beach was very close, the path leading down was easy to walk. Communication with Fred, the property manager, was quick. He solved any and all issues immediately. Susan sent a lovely cheese and fruit board during our stay. She also booked us a complimentary dolphin cruise. I can’t thank them enough for sharing their beautiful property with our family. We definitely made memories that’ll last a lifetime!!

The cottage was OUTSTANDING!!! It was beautifully decorated snd the beds were perfect. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook family meals. We really enjoyed the pool. This will be our go to vacation spot when visiting HHI.

You can't go wrong staying at 96N! The house was immaculate upon check-in and was fully stocked with everything you could possibly want for a week at the beach. Location is absolutely perfect: far enough away from public beach access points so you have plenty of space on the beach, but close enough for short bike rides to Coligny Park and plenty of activities. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to accommodate our party of six adults and one child.
While the house itself is reason enough to stay here, the property owners truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Susan provided a wealth of information and recommendations for things to do on HHI and always replied to messages instantly with helpful and informative answers to anything you could ask. It is clear that the owners take great pride and find joy in ensuring you create lasting memories while staying at their home. Next time we're in Hilton Head, we know where we'll be looking to stay!

This cottage was perfect for my sister and I’s families. The decor was beautiful. The home was clean and had extra amenities to use such as a beach wagon, beach towels, bocce ball, outdoor jenga, gas grill, etc. And, the pool was the perfect size! Would highly recommend this cottage. It was the perfect space for four adults and 4 teenagers!

This property fully surpassed our expectations. Just steps to the beach and the private pool was so much fun for our kids. Cozy beds, seating and plenty of amenities that were taken care of just so you could be there to simply enjoy yourself and family. We plan to return next year. Property manager and owner were quick to answer any questions and extremely kind. A must stay place!!!

Beach'n is a delightful cottage. It was perfect for our family of 7. It is literally just steps from the beach and perfectly situated for visits to Coligny Plaza and Shelter Cove. All of the amenities in the listing were exactly as stated. Susan was the perfect host answering questions about the house and advising on reservations, excursions and dining. We hope to return to this property. Although our family is growing so we may have to look at 23 Holloman.

This house is the perfect house for a week at the beach. The hosts go above and beyond to make sure your stay is great! The house is as described, clean and in a great location. About a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 3 minute drive to a ton of restaurants.

Everything was wonderful about our stay- from the attentiveness of the property owner, to the location and proximity to the beach, and the house itself! As a family with two very young kids, it was so important to us to have an easy walk to the beach, and have a nice pool we could enjoy while they were napping. The house was exactly like the photos.
Susan was accessible to help with anything when we arrived.
The day after we checked out I got a message from her that their cleaning crew found my Apple Watch left behind. I honestly had no clue I had left it, and it had a very expensive watch band on it.
I was so grateful for their honestly, and they shipped it back to me within a few days.

Susan was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The home is an easy bike ride to "town" and the beach is only steps away. When not at the beach the pool and deck area was great for relaxing. We greatly enjoyed our time there.

We had the best time at 96N, the house was perfect for our group. Very easy short walk to the beach for my 2 yr old who also loved the pool! The house has absolutely everything you would need. The furnishings/decor were beautiful but also very comfortable. Susan and the ResHH team were a pleasure to work with and gave us lots of excellent recommendations.

We are a family with 4 small children and having the beach close to the house was great. Kids can get fussy so its nice to be able to run back easily to the house or even just cool off in the pool which the kids loved. The house itself is very nice and We all enjoyed the lovely beachy decor. Would def. Book again.

We absolutely loved staying at this property. The owners have taken great care to make this such a lovely vacation home. The home is beautiful. The pool is amazing. The location is perfect. We would definitely stay here again- and hopefully we will again soon!

WORST RENTAL PROPERTY/OWNER EVER!!
There was miscommunication with the owner regarding the number of people staying with us on our vacation. My parents backed out due to health issues. So with us paying 14k for two weeks we figured we could invite other family members. We had 8 people sleeping in the house that sleeps 8. The owner found out we had visitors at the house staying on the other side of the island and that my parents never came with us. We were told to get the occupancy to 4 adults 2 children, like our original agreement. We complied immediately. Our friends who had a two bedroom hotel room gave it to my brother-in-law and his family who were kicked out of our rental. Our friends stayed with us. They had to switch places to get our occupancy back to the way the owner wanted. The property manager started stalking the property. Not believing we had only 6 people in the house. Showing up, multiple days in a row, sitting in front of the house.

We had a wonderful time making Hilton Head memories at this property! Everything was as stated - beautiful home with many amenities. Was awesome to have so many kitchen utensils and beach supplies available. Hosts were easy to contact and extremely helpful, providing tips for our vacation along with restaurant, grocery and attraction suggestions. Would definitely rent from them again!!

We had a great time. Nice location and amenities. We enjoyed being close to everything: beach, pool, restaurants, and golf. Shower handle broke while we were there but we worked around and property manager was responsive. Upstairs bedrooms need ceiling fans.

Wonderful family vacation
From start to finish I was impressed with the communication and thoughtfulness of the owners. As far as the property goes, the beauty was in the details! The highest quality chair, wagon, towels, bedding etc. I've never had better vacation sleep. The beds were so comfortable! Our pool was amazing with plenty of room for 4 kids +adults to swim. The walk to the beach was so easy and honestly closer than some 2nd row homes we've stayed in. We will be returning for sure!

First time in Hilton Head
What a great experience! Sue was so accommodating and accessible. Not that we needed it because the house has everything you need. Outdoor area is great and the 4 minute private walk to the beach is wonderful. All of us played wiffle ball and lawn darts many times which was a blast. Comfortable seating and beds was an added bonus. We really loved our time at 96N and are looking forward to our next visit!

We could not have asked for a better experience with a VRBO rental. The house was very well maintained and clean. It had all the amenities we needed and more. Great location and great house
House is pretty accurately represented in the listing, it was clean, and has all the day-to-day needs that make packing easier. The location was great, nestled away from the more populated condo areas, a short walk to the beach and a mile walk to the shops and stores. I had 3 kids under 5, and outside of blocking off the stairs, the house was pretty child-friendly, which is always a concern when traveling and they all loved the tanning ledge in the pool. The property manager responded quickly when I realized the pool filter wasn’t running and it was fixed within a couple of hours. Great place to stay and would stay again.

If you are looking for a place to stay that truly feels like a home away from home this is it. We have been coming to Hilton Head for over fifteen years and this property has been our favorite. The level of hospitality from the owners and team at this property were truly unmatched. The location, the pool, the every kitchen accessory needed to perfectly execute a meal, the complimentary towels, the comfort levels of the beds and linens I could simply go on and on. From the moment we booked to the moment we left everything was wonderful! The house was immaculate and so well stocked. It was so nice to have all of the supplies we would need for the week provided for us. The attention to detail is obvious throughout the home and the communication was awesome! The house is so close to the beach and Coligny! Our family of five was very comfortable, I would highly recommend this house!

Beautiful beach cottage in a perfect location on HHI
We truly loved our stay here! This was the perfect home for 2 families. Our kids had the best time with the beach games and loved the downstairs as their hangout area. The pool was one of the nicest we’ve seen in the homes we’ve rented. The beach is just a short walk and is located in a great non-crowded area. With just a short bike ride to Coligny plaza, the kids never got bored and we could easily grab a grocery item, etc. The home was decorated so tastefully which made it feel like a little haven. I would highly recommend renting 96 N Forest and we hope to get back there soon!!!

Fantastic Rental
This was an outstanding property to rent. The interior decor was impeccable and very comfortable. The location was excellent as well. It is a very short walk to the beach (3rd row but no streets to cross) and a quick bike ride to the Coligny area of shops/restaurants and some great ice cream but far enough away that is is a quiet area. The pool was a perfect size for our family of two adults and two kids (ages 9 and 11). The rental also had the best beach/pool gear for guests to use that I’ve ever encountered at a rental. The kitchen was also well stocked. The only negative I would say is that the #/size of the bathrooms could be an issue for some. It was perfectly fine for our family of four but if there had been more people staying there, some may consider it a bit tight or want a true master bedroom/bath. This is really minor, though, and would depend on each renter’s situation. We definitely would recommend this rental….it was superb!
