Wonderful home with all the amenities we enjoyed.

We had 12+ stay and everyone had their own room and bathroom! The pool and putting green were used daily and so was the ping pong table. The beach access at any property on Folly is great but being close and being able to get additional items was very nice. It was a good place for us!

Spacious property with good amenities and equipment in the right location relative to downtown / the pier (not too close or too far). Biggest complaint: not enough forks.

This house checks every single box. We took a family of 12 and had an incredible week. The pool is much larger than I thought from the pictures. Everything is well-maintained. Tons of pool toys corn hole activities, and games on site. Plenty of beach chairs as well. The actual house is incredible. The views are breathtaking every room having its private bathroom is it huge plus. Highly recommend renting a golf cart on Folly Beach. We drove around with our younger grandchildren during the day to different places and they enjoyed it! Very safe and family oriented place. Highly recommend!

The home was beautiful and exactly as described. There was plenty of room for our family of 12. It was so nice to have the pool as well. We will be back!

Wow! The best 11 days on the beach that you could have. 12 people in town for a destination wedding. People from all over the world. The house was better than perfect. Clean, 10 star accommodations, heated pool, all rooms have a view, cant put into words how great of time we had!!! The Beach was great, the biggest issue was we had to leave!

My husband and I and 5 other couples stayed here for a few days and had the best time! The house is beautiful and laid out so nicely. There is tons of living space indoors and out and each bedroom having its own private bath was a huge plus. It was an easy walk to the downtown area to restaurants, etc., but having such a well equipped kitchen and being able to use the gas grill made eating in super easy! Cindy was always very prompt in answering any questions I had. We will definitely be back!

This house is beautiful and located so close to the shops and restaurants in Folly Beach. They have thought of everything.

We are a group of 12-14 college friends that get together every year. By far, this has been the most perfect property for us. We will be back!

Booked the house for family gathering to celebrate wedding. Perfect for the occasion. Was able to accommodate entire family. Children enjoyed pool. Family access to beach was outstanding. We will do this again.

We had 3 families stay for a few days and loved the house! Each family had plenty of room to spread out and still had unused beds. The accommodations were perfect and the good ice on the kitchen topped it off. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

We stayed over Memorial weekend with friends and our teenaged kids. Location is perfect being oceanfront and a few blocks off from the downtown. The pool and the covered downstairs to play cornhole and grill is a huge plus! The house is well equipped , the views are spectacular, every room has a bathroom, and there is an amazing ice maker. ( you don’t know you were missing this in your life :) We have stayed several places on Folly and IOP and this house is the best! Looking forward to returning next year!

This was an incredible home right on the beach and with 3 floors (plus pool/putt putt course) that met all of our needs for a family wedding. Rooms were private, expansive decks. Even for a mid February stay we got plenty of sun and walk time and thoroughly enjoyed the views.

Loved this house so much! Had lots of kitchen necessities- love that every bedroom has a bathroom- plenty of room to spread out. Would love to come back in the summer when it's warm enough to use the pool

Fabulous house and property! We were celebrating our Dad/ Grandad who had just passed for his birthday weekend. We had 3 generations for his celebration of life and my daughter got engaged that weekend as well at the house! So, a double celebration. Dad was smiling down on us. We had a great oyster roast and had a ball. Would go back in a second. Alan and Cindy were great. ;-) The only thing I would ask for are big fluffy down comforters, because our weekend was chilly.

This house had everything we needed and more! The pool temperature was perfect, the beach was huge with sugar sand (no rocks, no seaweed!). Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the ice maker. Our only very minor complaint was that the access code that was given to access the house did not work, but we were able to easily work around it- not that big of a deal, because they had regular keys too. But all in all, we highly recommend this house and if we get back to Folly, this is definitely the house we would want.

The house was perfect for our group of adults/teenagers/kids ranging from about 10 - 15 people in/out during the week. The pool was a popular hang out for those that didn't want to be on the beach. The property managers were very responsive if we needed anything.

Home is perfect for a couples trip with each bedroom having their own full bath.... amenities of the home are awesome and it pool was a great option during the windy beach days.

It was the most relaxing week we have had since going to South Carolina for years for spring break. The house and facilities were perfect. Thank you!

The layout of the house is perfect with each bedroom having its own bathroom, making it ideal for group trips. Three of the bedrooms open out to decks overlooking the ocean. The location of the house is perfect being directly on the beach, 10 min walk to downtown Folly Beach and five minute walk from a local park with a great playground, tennis court and basketball court. The house is very new so all the amentities are new and work well. The pool is well heated and a lot of fun. Look forward to when our families can return back to this terrific property!

The home is perfect! 3 families with 7 children and never felt crowded. Kitchen has everything. Location is great.

We had 8 kids and 6 adults. The propert was huge and the pool and immediate beach access was perfect. All the places to shop and eat were within walking distance. It was a perfect vacation.

The decor and layout of this house is great! This house is for active visitors, that like the pool, putting, and upstairs game room. The view to the beach is spectacular as well.

If you’re looking to treat yourself to a memorable seaside getaway — along with a number of your friends or family — this is your place. The layout affords the chance to hang out together and separately in small groups. The downstairs master is a small private apartment and the second floor has its own living room plus additional outside decks. Not to mention the third floor deck and game room, or the ground floor patio. Our extended family brought two sets of parents with a total of two newborns and a toddler here, along with grandparents, so we appreciated the alone and together options. Being just four blocks from the Center street drag is perfect — a nice walk in the sleepy off season we visited. Plus of course the continual relaxation of the beach, as waves break and you are treated to sunrises and sunsets with unbelievable views, completely open. The kitchen is very well stocked. We aimed to cook each night and the range of cookware and gear (plus the open concept kitchen living room dining room) made this easy and fun. Cindy is highly responsive and quick to help. Definitely would return.
