Impresionantes vistas al Océano Pacífico, sin obstrucciones (a 40 metros). Se puede escuchar el rugir del mar en la noche. Vista al mar sin obstrucciones visuales de techos de otros edificios. En un séptimo piso. Edificio recién construído a fines del 2009. De planta muy eficiente y aislada. Materiales de calidad con muebles de finas maderas autóctonas. Colección de pinturas al óleo de artistas locales. Perfecta ubicación solar al Noreste. Asoleado en invierno y fresco en verano. Se ubica en el barrio/cerro de Recreo que es un barrio muy pintoresco, residencial, establecido y seguro. Cercano a shopping centers cercanos y a negocios de barrio con panaderías, verdulerías, farmacia, pizzerias, botillerías, etc.
Excelente ubicación, sin la funesta congestión de Viña Centro cerca del Mall Marina Arauco dónde el tráfico vehicular es el preámbulo a suicidios en masa!! Usted puede caminar y en 15 minutos se encontrará en la calle Valparaíso con acceso a muchísimas tiendas, cafés, restaurants, plazas y parques como La Quinta Vergara.
Mucha movilización colectiva a la mano como colectivos (taxis compartidos con ruta fija), Uber, etc. La propiedad esta ubicada cerca a dos estaciones de metro con acceso a 20 estaciones entre Estación Valparaíso y Estación Limache cubriendo una distancia de 50 kms. Prepárese para caminar y use su vehículo en arriendo para salir fuera del área. Los estacionamientos o parqueaderos son bastante caros y no muy disponibles. La playa Caleta Abarca está de 5 a 10 minutos a pié. Puede atravesar la calzada y usar su bicicleta por la ciclo vía que une Valparaíso, Viña del Mar y Reñaca.

This was the perfect family getaway over New Year’s Eve! The location was great with easy access to the beach, coffee shops and minimarts and great views of the fireworks. The place was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Host was communicative and gave recommendations and even was able to get an extra parking spot for us in the garage. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

We had an amazing weeklong stay in this gorgeous apartment with a spectacular ocean view. Everything was beautifully furnished and recently renovated. It had all of the essentials we needed for a very comfortable and welcoming stay. The front desk staff was always warm and welcoming and the check-in & check-out process was extremely efficient. Any questions we had was answered very quickly and we appreciated all of the care Francisco and his staff provided to us throughout our visit. You will not be disappointed with this fantastic apartment and very walkable neighborhood. We hope to return very soon.

This was a wonderful place to stay in Vina Del Mar. The hosts were extremely helpful and accessible and helped make our stay comfortable and fun. The apartment was extremely clean and well set up. It is compact but well laid out and very comfortable. The view is fabulous. I wish we could have stayed longer. Hope to be back!

We used it as a Basecamp so we didn't explore the neighborhood (which seems residential)

Beautiful apartment with an incredible view. Very well equipped and with quality furniture. Exceptionally clean. Angela was always available if we had questions. We spent 6 weeks and cooked a lot. The area is residential and there are some little shops (bakery, groceries, hairdressers), downtown is a long walk away but it is easy and cheap to go around with Uber. The highway is noisy, and can be an issue for some at night in the main room but not in the other two rooms. For us the view compensates for the inconvenience. The small pool is nice for the sunny days. We enjoyed very much our stay.

We enjoyed everything about our stay in this gorgeous apartment: spotlessly clean, safe and secure, walking distance to shopping and excellent public transportation, quiet neighborhood, unbeatable view, furnished beautifully and equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. An unbeatable view doesn't even describe watching the nightly sunsets from the balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. Unforgettable!

Angela is a wonderful host - welcoming and extremely organized. She has literally thought of everything you might need for a comfortable stay and ensured it is available. The apartment is exactly as advertised - clean, well stocked, comfortable and stylishly furnished. The location is fantastic, an easy walk to bakeries, cafes and the like. Buses, colectivos, trams and taxis to Vina del Mar and Valparaiso are also within an easy walk. Finally, the view from the enclosed balcony is amazing!!!

We had a lovely stay in Vina del Mar at Francisco and Jan's apartment. Everything was as expected, and the views and light are outrageous. The apartment is well equipped, spacious and perfectly situated by the ocean and for excursions into Valparaiso, by light rail, bus or taxi. We had the opportunity to meet Francisco and Jan in person, and they gave us good neighborhood information and were very responsive. We enjoyed exploring Vina and Valpo, but it was hard to peel ourselves away from the endless views. Thank you to Francisco and Jan for a great experience.

There were four adults in our party and this apartment was perfect. We realize how lucky we were to stay at this apartment. It was warm and inviting from the first step in the door. First you are greeted by Angela, the housekeeper, who shows you around the apartment. Fresh flowers and fruit greeted us on the table. The view is spectacular. The accommodations wonderful. The apartment is clean and very well maintained. It has all the amenities of home and then some. There is a washer and dryer which came in very handy. The beds are very comfortable and we slept very well. The sunsets over the ocean are spectacular. The building is secured and the staff at the desk were always pleasant and friendly. We took the Metro which is located close to the apartment and took Ubers easily around town. You will not be disappointed if you reserve this apartment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week first time visit to Vina del Mar, Chile. The location of this condo was perfect. We were able to walk to many places, e.g. restaurants, shopping, markets, the beach. Access to public transportation including collectivos, city buses, and taxis was great, e.g. the collectivo stop was one block from the condo.
The condo was beautiful and had a wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony. The condo was also very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. It was completely equipped with everything we needed and more, e.g. coffee pot, dishes, laundry, fresh clean towels. We especially appreciated the secure access to the building and the attentiveness of the security staff. Francisco was readily available by email and phone to help us with anything we needed. His personal touch made us feel very welcome.
We hope to return to Chile sometime in the next few years and this would be our first choice for a place to stay. We highly recommend this condo to others.

I recently spent four nights in Francisco's condo along with my husband and four friends. The condo is beautiful. It is located on the 7th floor of a waterfront building. The doormen are extremely nice and helpful. The location is just between Vina and Valpo. There is a metra near by that provides quick access into either town. There are also shared taxis which make the trip to Vina a breeze. The condo is a special place...amazing views, lovely decorations, plenty of space. Fransisco was very accommodating and easy to work with. I highly recommend this beautiful condo.
