We were three couples getting together from all over california. This was the perfect in between location to meet and we had a terrific time. The accommodations for top-notch from everything in the kitchen.In terms of all the terrific supplies and quality of dishes, silverware etc., right down to the linens.And pillows in the bedrooms and the extremely comfortable beds. Robyn responded to any communication immediately. All six of us were totally pleased with the accommodations from the moment we checked in until the day we left.

Our family not only enjoyed the space, it felt safe and secure to us as well as being in the perfect location with a view of beautiful Morro Bay and "The Rock". We had a wonderful stay at this very beautiful home. It was so well stocked with everything you could need. The sunsets from the deck were amazing as well as the view of Morro Rock. The beds were super comfortable as well.

The house was lovely. As good as the pictures!! Robyn was helpful resolving some questions regarding access for some of our guests with mobility limitations. I would recommend this house..

Very nice house set close enough for a nice morning walk to the rock. Beautiful kitchen. Decorating is great throughout the house. We did a lot of day trips. Vey easy to Jump on and off 1. Great stay. We will be back.

Wonderful experience. Didn’t even have to lift my head off the pillow, in the master bedroom, to see The Rock! The house was furnished with everything you could need right down to needle and thread. If we are every in the area again we hope the home is available!

The property was well appointed with tasteful furnishings and a comfortable bed. The front deck offered views of the stacks and the rock. A bit of a walk to town. Overall very nice

This home was beautiful, clean and well stocked with anything you might need. Our host, Robyn, was very prompt with addressing our questions. It was a bit too far to walk to town for us, but driving was quick and easy. We would definitely recommend this home and we would love to stay here again in the future.

This gorgeous place has every amenity imaginable. We've slept well, laughed a lot, and really relaxed for the first time in a long time. We would love to come back--maybe without my son next time. What a gorgeous spot.

Been to a lot of houses in this area and this was by far the best… absolutely stunning. Highly recommend, Robyn the host always responded when I had a question and they had a lot of extras.

This house is lovely in a quiet neighborhood with a gorgeous view of the ocean. It was immaculately clean, featured a piano, gas fireplace and a jacuzzi. Definitely recommend!

Robyn was a wonderful host. She gave us some great tips about local must-sees and helped us with a scheduling conflict we had. The place was perfect for our family. The view was wonderful, kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were amazing. As a bonus we had access to the attached garage. Overall this place was pretty much perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful home! We visited at the end of December and while the weather was not cooperating we were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed watching the passing storm with this home's gorgeous view of Morro rock and warmed up each night in the jacuzzi. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was very well stocked and decorated as well as comfortable and welcoming. Great view! Communication was mostly good and responsive. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work very well, which was inconvenient, but we were able to checkout later, which helped us feel better about it. Would definitely come again if the Wi-Fi situation gets fixed (switch to a cable connection rather than DSL). Loved everything else about it!

Our daughter hosted us for a family Thanksgiving. We were close enough to be there most of the time but rested comfortably here. Our 8 year old piano student played piano and prepared for her recital in January. It was a lovely stay. Thanks

The place was great! The view of morro rock right from the living room is gorgeous. They have big fans in the place that allowed the sea breeze to take over the house quickly and a cozy fireplace for when it got too chilly. The master bed is very comfortable. There are a ton of “extras” for cooking and that was a nice touch. We enjoyed the spa and it was great. You won’t be disappointed!

The property was exactly as advertised. Communication with the owner was easy and fast to address minor issues.

Definitely a great house, clean, very original fancy decor

During the weekend drop off of our daughter for college; we had the comfort of this home while we toured and enjoyed the attractions of SLO ( San Luis Obispo) . It was a very well maintained and clean home for any family. Well.stocked.plus a Albertsons near by made the personalized needs that much better.. The hot tub on the back deck and smooth trex deck planks made our feet feel welcome after a nice hike to Bishop Peak. A gas cook top with fresh local produce made our appetites satisfied as we rested for the day. All in all, communication with Robyn ( Property contact ) made this trip comfortable and enjoyable. We will come again for.sure as we visit the area.
