Bienvenido a la casa más acogedora ubicada en 5 puntos. Esta cama / baño cuenta con una cocina completa y lo invita a acurrucarse y leer un libro mientras observa el vecindario desde la ventana grande. Si prefieres estar fuera de la ciudad, recorre las calles del vecindario de 5 Points, recorre todas las casas históricas únicas o camina hacia el corazón de 5 Points para disfrutar de la comida, la diversión y la cultura. Un corto paseo de 5 minutos a Foley Field, y menos de 10 minutos a 5 Points y al campus de UGA.

My husband and I traveled to Athens for our daughter-in-law’s graduation from UGA. We’ve been coming to Athens for many years now and I wish I had known of this property earlier! It was clean, comfortable, beautifully appointed, and perfectly located! The owner was extremely easy to work with and communicative. I would absolutely stay here again and highly encourage others to consider it.

We so enjoyed our stay. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood that is just minutes away from UGA’s campus, downtown Athens, restaurants, shops etc… The property is clean, cute, and comfortable. The owners were responsive, attentive to details, and professional. A++

Enjoyed our stay at this Five Points location. Easy to walk to the game (about 20 minutes), house had some charming touches., and owner was very easy to work with. Great communication.

We came to Athens for parent’s weekend and loved our little place. It was so well decorated and had everything we needed. It was so close to campus and to Milledge where our daughter was. Everything was just as described and the kind note and little Athens magnet were a great touch!

Graduation Weekend
Property was exactly as advertised. Great location near 5 Points in a quiet neighborhood, well equipped and immaculately clean. Host is very responsive and helpful before and during rental period. We’ll definitely be using again for visits to Athens!

Great Stay for Parents Weekend
We hand a very enjoyable stay in this property for a Parents Weekend trip to Athens. Property in great condition with very responsive owners. Easy walk or Uber to anywhere on campus.

Great weekend in Athens
The house is exactly as pictured and is very close to campus. It is on the opposite side of campus from Broad street so not super walkable to downtown Athens but close to the stadium and to 5 points. Nice set up with helpful visitor tips, fresh white towels etc. only thing they could add is shampoo in the bathroom. Communication and check in was super easy.

Perfect for a weekend getaway
Well-appointed, clean, and cheerful apartment in a convenient area with easy walking to 5 points. Hosts were very communicative and left some personal touches that made our arrival even more sweet. To note: the dining table is large enough for a work from home setup without spilling over into the rest of the living space, so if you are in the area for work, it has that extra perk. I highly recommend for a solo or couple getaway! (In fact, we are planning on coming back in the spring and hope to stay here again!)

Perfect Stay!
This is a lovely apartment that looks exactly like its photos with one exception- the owners have recently done a really pretty reno of the bathroom. Brian and Ashley were super responsive and checked in with me just enough so that I knew they would address any issues I had. I didn’t have any issues and plan to stay here again!

Cute and Comfortable
My husband and I loved staying at the Five Points Cottage. Cute, clean and very comfortable. Brian and Ashley were great hosts. Everything you might need is provided. We walked to campus and restaurants in the five points area. This is a great neighborhood for walking. Enjoyed the special touches. Would definitely stay again.
