Upstairs unit with great views. Kitchen and bathroom were super clean! Very well organized with everything you need.
Being at the end of Evian, you have so much privacy and quietness. Only a short walk to the pool area which is nice to be away a bit for quiet time.
This will be my 1st search in the future for all our visits!

Repeat customers (previous was Fall 2021) and we were very pleased again. This is an excellent upstairs unit with an open floorplan, large primary bedroom and nice deck overlooking a lagoon and fairway. The kitchen has everything you could ever need. The unit is very well stocked with more than enough bath towels. It was very clean upon our arrival, the wi-fi worked perfectly and there are two bike racks nearby. Hard to find anything to complain about, though the king bed could be replaced soon (a little lumpy/dented but did not interfere with sleep). One suggestion - morning sun shines brightly into the primary bedroom, so adding drapes to the existing blinds would help keep the room darker a while longer and prevent early wake-ups.

We have stayed in ShipYard many times including in Evian. This is one of the best units we have ever stayed in. It is convenient to the beach and Coligny Plaza and restaurants. It is well stocked with all that you need in the kitchen. All bathrooms are newly renovated as well. They even labeled the light switches just to be helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

We always stay in Evian and enjoy the condos. This one was a great upstairs model with a top notch kitchen and beautiful view from the deck. The smaller bath door did not work and the shower head only had 20% force. The owner has to adjust the Nest thermostat because it would go up to 78 at night do to no motion, long hot nights.

Everything was great and well cleaned. Only issue was some ants in kitchen (bought some ant bait) and the door to the deck didn’t stay closed. Would stay here again .

This is the second year that we have stayed in Evian 154. We love the location as it has great lagoon views. However there were things that needed to be addressed. The furniture needs professional cleaning and the hall shower head didn’t work properly.
If these issues are resolved we would return to that unit. But fun is always had in Hilton Head!

Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. Nice view of lagoon. Saw alligator, herons, and egrets. Beds very comfortable and firm support.

We really enjoyed staying at 154 evian. The accommodations were great and the location was superb. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow and sometimes problematic and the TV options were not fantastic but if you’re streaming no problem. All in all a great trip.

We stayed at the condo last week and it was ok. We noticed that it it was well appointed, close to the main beach (3 blacks), and it did resemble the photos...somewhat....
Upon closer inspection, you can tell the space was dated..the showers, bed and furniture. The bed needed a new mattress because it was too soft. The showers needed updating because they were old and need the tile changed and the couches /chairs need to be cleaned or another set purchased ( including the living room rug). All in all, the stay was ok.

We loved the condo. Great location. It was just my wife and myself, so plenty of room. We enjoyed watching the alligators patrolling up and down the pond. The bunk beds in the second bedroom are not as useful as two twin beds would be, and there is plenty of room for them. We found the TV channel selection process to be really clunky. Those were minor inconveniences. The real issue was the need for a thorough cleaning. There was dried juice on the kitchen counters and cereal on the kitchen floor. And the floors were sticky wherever we walked. A bit more attention to cleaning is needed. But overall, we liked the condo and would return.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is clean and comfortable, kitchen is well equipped. Beautiful location, short distance to the beach, great walking/biking paths, tons of wildlife. We would not hesitate to stay in Evian 154 again.

I was so relieved to walk into a perfectly clean space. Everything was spotless and readily available to enjoy. I loved the updated features and finishes. Being on the top level and overlooking golf course and lagoon gave us a great scenic view to enjoy our morning coffee. My only complaints were that patio doors didn’t lock and having to leave! We will most definitely be back!

Great Location
Nice clean place with updated everything. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the alligators float down the waterway. Very clean place and nice quiet community. Perfect.

Spectacular
The décor, color palette, flooring, kitchen, spacious rooms are all top notch!!! You have everything you need, extra blankets, bedding, games, puzzles, a fully stocked kitchen, private patio. I don’t have one bad thing to say. They’ve done a GREAT job and I hope to be back soon😊

Great Villa & Location
Very nice place and would definitely consider rebooking in the future. Our only problem (very low pressure for cold water faucets on our first night, thus no toilet flushing and only scalding hot water at sinks and shower) was addressed by Vacasa very quickly (and on a Sunday!). Otherwise, this is a really nice villa adjacent to Shipyard Golf Course's Brigantine hole #6. This second floor unit has nicely updated flooring in all rooms plus excellent bathrooms and a great kitchen (updated stainless appliances). The place is extremely well equipped with silverware, plateware, pots/pans, plush bath towels, etc. Highly recommended.

The perfect place
We are a family of 4 and this place was perfect for us. We even had an extra bed (trundle) for a friend to stay. The place was very nicely updated, very clean, very comfortable. TONS of towels, some sand toys for the beach, great view. Couldn’t have asked a better place to stay. The location is amazing with lots of alligators to watch (from a safe distance!) but close to beach access and amazing restaurants/stores. Really happy with our experience and will definitely stay here again. 2nd or 3rd time using Vacasa and we had never had an issue.
Mayyyybe would be nice to add a Keurig at some point. Just love that convenience!

Quick beach trip
We had a blast. The condo was great, nice and clean and easy access to resort amenities. We loved it, especially the bunk beds. We had a blast playing hide and seek with the kids on our last night.

Lovely setting
This villa is right on the inner waterway that weaves throughout the Shipyard golf course. The upper deck provides both privacy and a great view, that over looks one of the golf fairways and the water. We were able to watch Herons and other birds as well as an alligator in the evening. The villa was very clean, with great wifi, the TV configurations were a bit difficult at first, however once I figured it out, it was easy. The king bed was comfortable for us, it is on the softer side. The large second bedroom with full size twin beds was lovely. It maybe due to Covid, however there were no spices, or coffee filters, so you will need to grab some if needed. The cooking utensils and pans were plentiful. The kitchen is updated, with a great fridge with cubed ice and cold filtered water, which is very handy for heading to the pool or beach. We will definitely be back.

Great condo.
Really great Jan-Feb getaway in the convenient Shipyard area. Condo beautiful, spacious and well equipped with a nice deck. The only issues is the Kingsized bed which is concave and too soft.

Wonderful stay!
We really enjoyed the clean and fresh look of the villa. We particularly liked the sleeping arrangements for our family or 6. A few things that could be added for our taste include a BBQ grill and a Keurig machine for coffee. Overall, it was a very nice villa in a wonderful plantation.

Relaxing getaway!
Very updated design with all the amenities we needed for a family beach getaway. Enjoyed our vacation with 2 teenage daughters. In addition to relaxing on the porch, we were able ride our bikes to beach, shops and restaurants.
