The host was amazing

Breakfast is advertised but not served.

Do not advertise falsely, Breakfast is included but no breakfast served. Dinner was also advertised optional for the amount of R120, however no dinner was served either.

The owner does not answer her fone. Not much communication. The pool is not available, but states on bookings.com that the pool is available - very misleading to people who want to use the pool. Location very deep in summerstrand not close to the beach, eating places & aminities. Not impressed.

The rooms where OK , that's all I liked

The service, stuff was rude The pool was dirty, having no privacy we couldn't even use the lounge the stuff was on our face. There's more to say but hai I'm still trying to comprehend my experience

The place is quite and safe

Dishes were not collected and washed. Bedding was not changed

There was absolutely nothing I liked about the place. A total misrepresentation

The staff was very unorganized, they were not aware there was a booking and the room was not prepared. The staff was partying with load music. The BnB is highly misrepresented, it's more of an Airbnb than a BnB

Everything was perfect

The swimming pool was dirty and when we called the owner she was very very rude and she doesn't know how to communicate with customers

Even tho we had paid for breakfast the domestic informed us that she didnt have anyfood to make us breakfast. Also there was only a little bit of coffee in our room with no tea,sugar or milk available.

We couldn't connect to wifi, which on the profile we were assured of this. The pool water was so brown and dirty. The lawn needed cutting. when we arrived the domestic had not been informed of our arrival. The domestic was very obliging but ,it was obvious that she had no one to support her at all. There was only her remote available so when we went out for dinner she had to wait up for us.

Owner listens to guest, very humble, we really enjoyed ourselves. Surely we will return soon

There was no cutlery, no dish cloths, no mop. It was just a room

The room was neat and clean and very private.

No bulbs in the bedside lamps. I had to ask for bulbs
