We have stayed here a number of time.The house is a bit dated but mostly comfortable.The worse thing is it needs a better air conditioner we were really uncomfortable in the heat. There is no way You comfortably stay here in the summer.

The rental was just what we needed. Close to ramp and hotel. Fish cleaning station was first class and chest freezer a bonus.Just a basic, honest rental with great shower.

what a great place to stay, location excellent it was very clean and had all amenities, the decking was large with a good BBQ. Can sleep up to nine people so if three couples were to share the costs would be a very affordable holiday or large family.I bought my kids and grandchildren and they had a great time. Plenty of room for a boat with good fish cleaning facilities. Two hotels in Edithburg we went to the Edithburg Hotel great food and friendly service did not like the other hotel my choice. Grandies loved the tidal pool. overall 9/10 experience, will stay there again. Dee and Sharon the agents for the rental were very helpful, thanks guys

Our daughter loved the holiday house. She did not want to leave.
The backyard was spacious and well looked after.
The bathroom roof and the leather seat could do with touch ups and re-upholstering.
Edithburgh is a great location on the Yorke Peninsula.

All decked out is the perfect location for our holiday. The men like to fish and the boat and fish facilities are great. There are a couple of improvements that could be done to the property to make the stay a lot more enjoyable. The oven door does not shut, there is a water leak in the bathroom which is going into the vanity. If not fixed it could ruin the cupboard. The bath tap drips, which did not affect our stay but probably should be looked at. 5 of the plastic chairs outside are broken. Some of the wooden slats in the single bed are broken. It would also help if there was a door closer on the front screen door. Thank you

Property was in very poor repair and dirty. Whole place was smelly and electrical appliances were dangerous myself and my husband were burnt by the kettle as it was falling apart so we had to purchase our own. Air con was not working properly in 35 degree heat. Would never recommend this place to anyone. It has a bad reputation in the town after speaking to locals.

But overall cleanliness of the house was poor found our selfs cleaning and re cleaning stuff from the previous occupants.dirty cups dirty plates and cutlery etc. House was poor inside. Could of done with a deep clean of house and dishes to be done properly not just stacked away.
