Nuestro condominio Oceanwalk de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños tiene un gran plano de planta de 1480 pies cuadrados y está ubicado frente a la zona de South Beach de New Smyrna Beach, Florida, sin automóviles. Nuestra unidad del segundo piso cuenta con un estilo contemporáneo, habitaciones de gran tamaño con televisores de pantalla plana y WiFi rápido y gratuito.

Overall, the property was stunning and very well-maintained. Michele was great and was there for every need. The condo was well-furnished and clean. The property management company could have been a little nicer and more accommodating.

Loved the unit. The entry code lock was somewhat frustrating. Everything else was great. Could not get in the door to the unit. Talked with just. He helped us a lot. Probably should get those videos out a couple days before arrival.

The condo is on the second floor. There's no elevator but that wasn't a problem. The car garage is secure and right under the condo. You need to enter a code to get onto the property, another level of security.
The condo was well equipped with all the cookwear we needed, as well as dishwasher and laundry detergent. There was also beach gear, like folding chairs, umbrella and toys for kids.The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked well. There was an west-facing outdoor balcony you could sit
on and look at the palms.
It's about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, which is beautiful and clean. It's a short drive south to the Canaveral National Seashore, where the beaches are less crowded (but no lifeguards in the CNS.) Grocery stores, restaurants, and an AMC theater are all within easy driving distance.
I found that the owners were very quickly responsive to any questions or concerns we had.

Great communication with the owner. They even went above and beyond by checking how many chairs and boogie boards were there as we brought 4 of our teenagers. Location within an easy walk to the beach. Place was clean with plenty of room for a larger family.

New Symrna Stay
We loved this property! The community was awesome, the place was clean and spacious! The place came with everything we needed to cook meals and plenty of towels. A great place for a family to stay! I’m so thankful for our wonderful property host for their effective communication and quick response time! I would give 10 stars if I could!

Spacious unit
Condo is even better than the pictures. So much space- huge walk in closets in both bedrooms. Balcony is amazing. Walk to beach took 7 minutes. Ocean Walk Property was well maintained. We would recommend and we actually hope to boom there again!

La cuisine est conplète ce qui facilite les repas.

Relaxing stay
Condo was comfortable, very nicely furnished. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the covered balcony. The cart and beach chairs provided by the owners were greatly appreciated. Having 2 pools nearby was a bonus for my grandson. I would recommend this condo to a friend!

Very nice
As a fellow owner of vacation rental properties, I arrived with high expectations. The unit was very clean and we had plenty of room. The only suggestion I have is to replace the cart used to transport items to the beach. It has seen its day, but that is the only suggestion.
I would recommend Mike's unit to anyone.

Great stay- wish we stayed longer!
Mike was great to deal with and managers too. Apartment was larger than expected and very comfortable for our 3 adults and 3 kids. Amenities were great - 2 pools, hot tub, 2 gyms and beach access across street. Note that there is a bit of a walk from unit to cross the street and once across, there are stairs down to beach.
Luckily for us, there was a rolling cart for our use and extra boogie boards for extra fun.
That part of beach was quiet and not crowded. Very pleasant especially when sun went down a bit. Full size washer and dryer were helpful and a good size balcony was a bonus. Plenty of towels and linens provided, as well as dishes, and even some salt, pepper and olive oil. Large blender and toaster were put to good use. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll paper towels, so I'd recommend bringing your own. There was dishwasher detergent and a couple trash bags but no laundry detergent, so suggest making inventory when you arrive and then shop accordingly- the dollar general was just fine for our basic needs. Thanks Mike! Next time we definitely want to stay longer!!!

Nice, clean and quiet!
We had a great time at the beach and felt right at home at Oceanwalk! The condo had everything we needed for the beach and was very clean and spacious. The pools were refreshing and the grill was a hit! It was just enough out of the way to be quiet and tranquil but not too far to get groceries and other supplies. Thank you for letting us stay! We will be back next year for sure!
Michael or Kim, take a look at your beach chairs and toys next time you are there. Some of them need retiring. Thank you for providing items for the beach though, that is a step above and beyond!

Perfect for an easy family vacation; all necessary details for a beach getaway provided.
Clean, bright, open floor plan make it a nice space to return to after the beach or pools/other amenities on the property. We had a minor hiccup when we first arrived, and I wouldn't even mention it, but wanted to highlight that the owner immediately responded, got through to the property management, and the issue was resolved to our satisfaction. We would most definitely stay here again. There were no worries with the property and the condo was stocked with everything we needed for the beach. Both the owner and management team understand the needs of those seeking an easy, carefree get away. Thank you!

The condo was in great shape, well maintained and just a short walk to the beach.
We had an excellent time. The condo was very well maintained and the furniture was in great shape. The photos are accurate, and the place was even larger than we expected. Plenty of room for the kids to play without feeling like you're on top of each other.
