We were the only guests in the hotel. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were very nice.

The facility is a little dated but clean overall

I liked the location. Both people who were at the desk to check me in were great. I am always curious and they answered the questions I had about the area and the hotel. And they smiled. They truly seemed as though they really like their job.

Some noisy patrons right outside my room. It was not horrible but I had to get up early and they were talking loudly and drinking outside the window. There are no inside phones so I had to use my cell phone to call the desk to ask them to help to get the noise down.

We loved the Location during Sturgis Rally

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, also the air conditioner was not working properly, it didn’t not cool the room down as it should have and no coffee pot in the room

I didn’t like the customer service. Went yo the manager with an issue and basically got laughed at. Had she attempted to work with us, she’d have repeat guests next year
