地點十分方便

每天晚上會有故意嘈吵的汽車聲，而且維持很長時間，令人難以入睡

地點離心齋橋、日本橋地鐵（7號出口）很近，走路1分鐘到，提行李坐10號出口有電梯，再走外面馬路到7號出口，公寓有電梯，晚上也安靜，寬敞的空間，2個雙人床，有抱枕、暖氣，客廳座椅舒服，烹煮的器具：烤箱、微波爐、碗盤、筷子齊全，附沐浴洗髮毛巾用品，有洗衣機，大型衣架（鐵力士）、衣架，除塵拖把、吸塵器、生活環境很棒，使用上都沒問題，只有開門時有問題，聯絡房東都能立即解決，態度親切很關心！謝謝你，有機會再去！很推薦！

電梯內部在裝潢，空間有限。

整體的溝通確認很到位 雖然是民宿，但是裡面的東西看得起來是有用心在整理的 而且還有非常詳盡的使用手冊可以看 501房間空間也還蠻大的

位置離日本橋雖然很近，但是還是有一定距離 推很多行李其實還是有點吃力 電梯比較小

The apartment was spacious and nicely decorated. It is conveniently located a few blocks away from the main Namba sights and right next to the Kuromon market. It is also well-equipped.

Overall, it was a rather disappointing stay. Our main issue had to do with how cold the flat was, as we stayed in December. The house was not well insulated. For instance, silicon was falling off the frames of the balcony doors' glass and the bathroom had no heating (and as it had several flimsy windows, it was extremely cold inside). When we entered the apartment, it was freezing cold. As the place is spacious (and on the last floor), it takes several hours to become warm in winter months. It would be very considerate to the guests if the heating could be turned on a few hours before their arrival. Furthermore, the A/C splits were dirty inside, so most of us ended up getting a sore throat because of the dust suspended in the air. There were other things which we did not enjoy, but would have probably not been as annoying without the above. The communication via Booking chat was painfully full of misunderstandings, we were barely guided inside the flat (and found ourselves using Google Lens to figure out instructions and buttons in Japanese only). Then, there are a few things the host could have not controlled. There is a wide road nearby that apparently attracts owners of noisy motorbikes and sports cars at night, half of us woke up almost every night to the sound of engines. Then, the building is not well mantained and expect a very tiny elevator (our group of five, with luggage had to make it in 3 trips).

Mins walk to nearest station which is a plus point. Mins walk to famous glico and dotonburi. Everything else is good.

No iron in the room. Wish that they will have an iron plus ironing board in the room, i will definitely come again if they provide that. Also it would be great if they would provide usb chargers in the room so its easier for traveller having different plugs for charging.

The Location is very good very near to Dotonburi street as well as there are a lot of convenience store in the area.

I just didn't like the term they use in getting the keys in the mailbox. When you get the keys it is in a padlock case which is hanged on the door. So it was kind of confusing. please change the term from mailbox to padlocks.

The location is very close to metro stations and walking distance to Dondoubori, shinsaibashi.

Towels were so thin and don't feel quite clean, toilet area is absolutely too tight, if you are taller than 5"3 you can hardly close the door when toileting, washroom sliding door is poorly built, hard to slide the door.
