Long Island Village was a remarkable location. Security was present and made us feel good about being in a safe environment. Working remote we appreciated having a good high speed Internet provider and Spectrum wi-Fi did not let us down.

The additional fees such as destination, tourism and property service charges were a bit high and Have resulted in us looking at other alternatives for our next years stay.

The location being it was gated. Also close to the Island. All the activities and pool was great.

The only thing we talked about was no directions on use of the TV,s couldn,t figure them out.

Internet and tv worked great, beds were comfortable, house was big enough for 3 kids and 2 adults, kitchen was fully stocked with silverware plates cups pots pans and appliances

First off there’s an $80 parking fee, EIGHTY DOLLARS FOR THREE NIGHTS, thats not a yearly pass where if we come back before December we can use the same pass, that’s a one time only pass, none of which was mentioned on the listing, on top of which they have multiple things on the premises for you to do and give you bracelets but excluding the pool you have to pay additional money to play mini golf or tennis or basketball etc etc. There were ants in the house getting in the food, repeatedly had to clean up hoards of ants and remove them to no avail, the sink in the bathroom was clogged with hair that I had to remove just to get the water to go down, the air takes forever to actually cool the place, one side of closet door in king sized bed room wasn’t properly attached to guide, nearly fell on my child’s head when she opened it
