Great duplex situation , very clean, great beds. Minutes from all the sites you want to visit. Know this is a temporary situation, but the construction going on right in the back yard became a little annoying in the early mornings. Otherwise , the views were good. Had a great stay!

Stayed here 3 nights July 2024. Arrived to dirty upstairs unit that had not been cleaned. Contacted property management (not owner) & they could not relocate us so we got to clean the place & do laundry ourselves for a $200 refund. Not my idea of a vacation. This is upstairs unit, 2 bedroom, 1 bath, small kitchen. Kitchen does not have dishwasher so not sure how clean utensils were. Den accommodates about 3 people so does kitchen. Sink in bathroom is raised so takes up vanity area and too tall for small children to use. Parking is easy behind unit. Unit backs up to construction area so be prepared to wake up early to construction noises. No hot tub, pool available but has small deck at back door (not covered, not private).

The apartment was very clean and comfortable with all the appliances you should need. It was in a nice neighborhood very close to both manitou and Colorado Springs.

No window covering on door.
Yes there is a Mountain View if you look past the messy backyard, construction and neighbors trashy yards. Did not use the sitting area on back deck because of it.

We were visiting from Oklahoma and thoroughly enjoyed the sites and restaurants. The house was very centrally located to everything we wanted to do and see.

An awesome property that really felt like "home!" The washer/dryer were great and little touches everywhere made staying there a pleasure. Would definitely stay again!

The location was the best part about our visit. It was close enough to all of the places we had planned to visit. We enjoyed spending time on the deck, we honestly didn’t want to leave. It could use a refrigerator that works, only bad thing about the house.

We were in Colorado Springs for Spring Break, we hadn't been before, we enjoyed Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Red Rock Canyon Open Space and some local shopping. We would like to come back in the summer or early fall to enjoy more of the outdoor things Colorado Springs has to offer. We did leave a day early because a snow storm started and we had to be home for an event, the house was great and served us well, clean and had the things we needed, saw many deer right out the back door and in the neighborhood! Nice to not have a lot behind the apartment although there seems to be construction so I'd assume there will be houses back there soon, but it will still be a nice place to stay! Host was quick to reply and helpful!

Property located on a quiet street and so close to all the major attractions. Cute place & comfy beds. Nice clean & well stocked with all the necessities. Communication with property manager was easy & they were very prompt.

Great location close to Old Colorado Springs,Garden of Gods, Manitou Springs, and Pike’s Peak! Great vacation getaway. Condo had everything we needed and was very clean. We actually arrived to town and day early and they were able to accommodated us, kiddo for that!!

The house was very clean and the booking was super easy. The house was within driving distance to Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak and Seven Falls. Would highly recommend staying here for your trip to Colorado.

Easy to get to all of the Colorado Springs major attractions that we had on our bucket list - Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. Property was clean and convenient, so perfect for our needs. I would recommend to anyone using this property as a jumping off point for whatever adventure you may have planned.

Loved the location of this property! Right by Garden of the Gods, the Red Rocks Open Area, and a short drive to Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs. Property was as listed, but there were a few things that weren't very organized or clean (kitchen and bathroom). I would stay here again though! Beds were comfortable, air conditioning was excellent, and kitchen had everything I needed.

Great place, clean, good parking. The check out time was a little rigid. Had to pay for another night just to stay until 11:30am.

Everything was nice and clean and comfortable. Beautiful view from the deck (except the shared back parking had a giant dumpster that was over flowing from the unit next door.)

One dish towel no dish rags
No dishwasher
Got double charged couldn’t refund money for 10 days.
No tv remote, they did bring one.
Central Air conditioning didn’t work, finally fixed, took several days.
One of the managers of the condo sent me an email that he didn’t think it had air conditioning. When obviously it had been advertised as such, not to mention I know what an air conditioner looks like! Offered to bring in window units, after some one else was having a service guy come out. Washer and dryer are substandard. Very noisy.
