La posizione della struttura è ottima rispetto al centro di Perugia, che si raggiunge veramente in un attimo. Si trova in una strada con diversi locali, quindi, volendo, si può anche cenare sotto il B&B. I letti sono comodissimi e ho trovato tutti pulito. Le stanze sono silenziose, nonostante il vociare della strada sottostante e si dorme benissimo. La cucina è attrezzata, nel caso si volesse preparare qualcosa. La vista dalla finestra della camera da letto è memorabile.

La colazione era inesistente: una manciata di brioche confezionate industriali in un cestino, una busta di pan carrè e una manciata di marmellatine e nutelline a disposizione, ma non si può definire questo una colazione da bed and breakfast. L'appartamento si trova in cima a una scala scoscesa e lunga, quindi se si hanno problemi di deambulazione non è proprio accessibile. Anche solo fare la salita con le borse vale una sessione di gambe in palestra, ma, per definizione, si tratta di una struttura in una torre antica, quindi forse dovrebbe essere scontato.

The apartment was exactly like in the pictures. Nice and clean rooms, in the city centre. Mauro was very welcoming and helpful.

Great location, Mauro is a very welcoming host, he gave us champagne and candy on arrival. The apartment is very cozy.

The only real disadvantage of the property is that it has no lift, just stairs. Inside the apartment you also have another set of stairs. I would not recommend the apartment if you have impaired mobility. However if 4 flights of stairs are not a problem for you then highly recommended property

Kind host left us some nice nibbles and a bottle of Prosecco. the neighbourhood was certainly mediaeval on the outside. The apartment was modern inside.

We didn't know you had to ask for milk (also detergent for the washing machine). Shops weren't far though. 50 steps to enter the apartment and another 10 inside. A little narrow and tricky for some people.

The apartment is perfect and exactly like in offer. The host, Mauro, was really helpfull and hearty. I enjoyed my stay.
