This is a great hotel and I had a fantastic time staying here. The food was amazing and so was the room service. My room was incredibly spacious with awesome views. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I would 100 percent come back and stay here again.

Breakfast was excellent

The staff was very polite and helpful (like all Nepalese people it seems to me). The room was big and clean, bathroom had both shower and bathtub, wifi was adequate for my needs.

The gym was locked and had to ask for it to be unlocked to use. Just an inconvenience really, but also the reason I didn't used it.

The food and staff were exceptional. Very friendly and Helpful. The hotel and room were very clean. Would definitely recommend staying there.

The hotel is worth it. I don't give it 10 stars because in our first stay, some details were missing in the room (shower curtain. They need to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms, improve wifi). Breakfast normal. The dinners were good. The restaurant staff is spectacular, I would like to remember the names of all of them in order to highlight them. The guys and girls are very friendly, helpful, cooperative, professional. I really have to highlight the excellent staff of the dining room. Excellent service.

They need to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms.

The cleanliness of the hotel, the fabulous bathroom and the very accommodating staff. Especially enjoyed my cooked breakfast and the Nasi Goreng I had for dinner was excellet. Will be returning for sure.

The internet connection was a bit slow. Struggled a bit with loading the pages at times.

When we came to hotel by taxi we were just comming out from taxi suddenly security guard he spoke loudly saying we can’t park here 😡😡atleast we need 2 mins to drop he must have to understand

Booking rate and final rate differences I didn't like .

The location was good, the hotel was not too crowded and big. The property is big and has many facilities but looks very dull. The staff were attentive and helpful always starting from the security to the restaurant. The chef too was quite nice and attended to needs at the breakfast buffet.
