Esta es una propiedad verdaderamente única que ha sufrido una renovación completa recientemente. Encimeras de mármol, electrodomésticos de actualización, azulejos y carpintería a medida, techos abovedados con tragaluces mecánicos, sistema de sonido de altavoz bluetooth, estacionamiento, etc. La propiedad tiene un estanque (un enorme koi de 20 años y una bandada de patos amigables) con una terraza con vista, iluminación del paisaje, barbacoa y una canoa. El área de la piscina es grande con una piscina de agua salada y un mosaico personalizado de 250 pies cuadrados. Se presta especial atención a los detalles a cada paso. :)

The property was very nice and had everything we needed. We even got the ducks to eat out of our hands!!

Let me start by saying I could not have asked for anything more! All you need is a tooth brush and clothing to enjoy yourself. Pool was magnificent. House decor meticulously furnished. Beds soooo comfortable. Ducks to feed in the pond. We came with our son and had the most comfortable enjoyable time. I would recommend 100 out of 100.

This is our second time staying at this home and it is always so relaxing. My only complaint is that the pool area which needed to be cleaned up a little bit. They were leaves in the gutter which dripped onto the tile. The chair pads needed to be replaced. The house inside was lovely. We did love the pool and lanai very much, but just needs to be cleaned up more before guest come in.

We had a great time at this property, everything was working well and as described. The highlight being the 'Florida room', quite large, quiet neighborhood, great pool.
For wildlife lovers, don't miss the TM Goodwin waterfowl management area - just a short drive from this home.

We booked this home during the week of the Grant Seafood Festival which has been a traditional visit for us and my brother and sister-in-law. The location for the festival as well as local Sebastian and Vero Beach restaurants was perfect. The extra bonus was the heated pool, the pond with koi and ducks and the well furnished and and supplied home of all the needed amenities. Walking our dog through the neighborhood was a pleasure - quiet streets and friendly neighbors. We recommend staying here and will consider a return visit.

The property offers every comfort of home and more. The private pool and its surrounding lanai, side yard and duck pond provide opportunities to disconnect from the stresses of life and escape with nature and tranquility. There are beautiful rivers, lakes and beaches within minutes as well as many great restaurants and stores for all. Kathy is a great communicator and males every effort to welcome you to this wonderful accommodation.

We had such a lovely time during our stay in this home. This house has all the comforts of home and then some, and is pet friendly too. We cannot wait until our next visit- we’ll definitely be back! :)

We enjoyed this cozy home with pool. Communication with host was great! Kathy was very accommodating and added a crib to home for us. We enjoyed the pool daily and plenty of seating and pool was larger than pictures. We will be back!

Absolutely amazing stay! Everything you need is there and the property was unbelievably beautiful and peaceful. Able to relax and enjoy yourself to the fullest! Easy trip to the beach and close to grocery stores and everything you need! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing 9 day stay at this little hidden gem. Beautiful home and pool with everything we could need or want. Lovely quiet space with pond. The neighborhood was so nice for walking. Kathy was so helpful with any questions. We will be back next year.

We enjoyed our stay on your property for our one year wedding anniversary with our pup,! It was very well-maintained. We enjoyed the heated pool and the neighborhood was quiet …enjoyed our walks and we visited around the surrounding areas each day beach and dog friendly restaurants! We definitely would come back and visit. The property manager -host was fabulous as well , always available for anything that would arise! Thank you !

It was so perfect. Has everything you could want plus more. We loved the privacy, watching the big, fat ducks and ibis and the salt water pool. The host provided excellent communication. We loved our stay so much that we wanted to stay extra. Yet, it was already booked. We will definitely be back.

My family had a great time, the house had literally everything you can think of. Items that we didn’t need to go out and buy. The home was cozy and not far away from the beach. Thank you so much for the hospitality, I had a great birthday!

Relaxation Retreat
We couldn't have asked for anything better. The house was beautiful, the pool was fabulous, and I can't say enough about the outdoor areas. We could sit by the pool and enjoy it as well as the beautiful mosaic wall, or hang out by the pond and enjoy watching the ducks and feed the fish. The neighborhood was quite and peaceful and only a few minutes to the beach. Can't wait to go back!

Every turn we found something we could use for the pool, beach, or house hold items to make traveling with our two toddlers! Can’t wait to come visit again!

I would recommend this listing. It is a smaller house, but very cozy and comfortable with all the comforts of home. I plan on staying again and taking advantage of the beautiful, clean pool! Thanks Kathy, for making the experience a memory I won't soon forget.

In town for a junior golf event, but not yet ready to stay in a hotel, this single-family home offered everything we needed. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet and the back-yard pool/screen/dining table/grill is over the top; we entertained friends as if it was our own home. Truly delightful. We are absolutely keeping tabs on this listing if we ever need to return to the area; we would love to stay here again. We were thrown off by not getting the entry code in a timely manner, and the messaging system didn’t always work quite right with the owners, but otherwise all worked fine. (Deposit returned in three weeks, it just takes a long time right now for all rentals, IMHO)
