3 couples spent Labor Day weekend on Holiday Island, Arkansas. This 4 bedroom 3 bath condo was clean and well maintained. It's location is on the main road so not ideally located but okay. The check in process was easy and efficient. I would stay there again.

Nice place, could have been cleaner. Lost power because of bad weather. Had to throw out some cold groceries. Regained power on last day and night.

Really liked the property. However--the instructions on the refrigerator referred to a "binder". We found no binder. There were no instructions on how to operate the TV. Also no instructions on how to deal with recycling. The property is great. The teenagers had the entire downstairs for themselves. Property is close to the lake. Really appreciated that the ice cube trays were full. Minor thing I know but nice to have ice all ready to go. The kitchen knives could be a little sharper. Electric can opener didn't work but there was a manual one. Overall excellent property. There were 7 of us and we didn't feel crowded at all.

We were in Eureka Springs for our son's wedding. This property was perfect for our group of 8. Plenty of room to spread out with 2 living areas and 4 bedrooms!

We stayed here with some friends and family as our daughter got married in Eureka Springs. This house was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and obviously well kept up. There was also a notebook on table that had lists of churches, restaurants, grocery, entertainment, check in/check out process, etc. That was super helpful! We very much enjoyed our stay here!

The ride
We were there to ride motorcycles. The location was perfect. We had a great time and was able to ride the Eureka area and south western Missouri.

Great stay
I rented this place for a quick weekend stay. It was hard finding a place with enough rooms so everyone could have their own privacy and this place was perfect for that! Very quick and easy check-in and only a 15-20 minute drive into Eureka Springs. Very quiet and fantastic scenery.

Great time!
We had an amazing time. The property was pretty clean. The beds were a little stiff. Also, with 7 of us, at least 2 of us had a cold shower each morning. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Holiday Island
Our stay was an alright experience. The master bedroom squeaks every time you move in bed and I didn't get much sleep because of this. There are also some stray cats in the area and meow constantly. Nothing the owner can really do about that though. Oh, and if you sleep with a fan on... good luck. There isn't any. Not a big deal but just to warn people if they're used to that. Overall, it was an okay experience. We didn't spend much time inside the condo really except to sleep but it was nice being a little away from all the chaos downtown Eureka but with easy access to Eureka when we wanted to explore!

This was a great property. Clean and quiet. We were on a girl's trip and had plenty of room to spread out but also room to sit and visit in the living room area.

Great Condo!!!
We went with my mom and stepdad for my nephew's wedding. It was a very relaxing place. The reason we picked this one is because of two bathrooms and two king beds. Furniture was nice, kitchen well stocked, and we had three neighborhood cats that adopted us while we were there (I'm a cat lover!) Would highly recommend this condo--great price for such a nice place!

Memorial Weekend Getaway
The property was nice. We enjoyed riding our motorcycles during the day and hanging out at the property at night. We felt the distance from Eureka to Holiday Island was perfect. We hope to stay at the same property in the future.

Great place!
Every room was spacious and a great get away with another couple. Kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and accessories you’d need. The four living room chairs were very comfortable. The only con is both beds are squeaky but comfortable. We would book again.

The condo was nice with huge bedrooms and a really nice big TV. It was a little out of the way for us heading to Eureka Springs and Bentonville but not bad. Beautiful area.

Nice for a Get Away
We enjoyed our stay here and enjoyed that it was not too far away from Branson, MO & Eureka, AK which were the two places we planned on visiting.

Nice, quiet townhouse
Townhouse was nice and comfy. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Parking out front. Balconies off each bedroom. Bedrooms have king beds! Easy drive to and from other locations but stay away from crowds. Will come again.

Geat place to get away
We along with another couple stayed at this condo form Saturday - Friday, October 17-23, 2020. The property was exactly as shown in the listing, very clean and had flat paved parking which was a plus for us. North Arkansas has some of the BEST motorcycling roads and the parking accommodated 3 large cruiser motorcycles plus a mid size truck and cycle trailer. When we get back to Arkansas, we will definitely be staying her again.

Nice place. Only thing was once dates were confirmed never heard back so didn't know where or how to conplete check in process and we got in after office hrs. Neighbor called for us and told us where to go.

A great deal
The place was wonderfully priced for 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. It was clean & well kept up. The kitchen was well stocked with pots & pans. It's a little tricky to get to if you are from a flat place, like myself. I'm from Houston and the twisty, narrow roads and the one lane bridge were a bit intimidating to me but the locals seem not to notice. Of course, anytime you veer off Main St in Eureka Springs, the winding, steep roads are tricky for this Houstonian.

This condo is in a great spot, close to town but feels more private than being right in town. Easy drive to Eureka Springs and we enjoyed the access to the rec center pool. Clean property and great hosts!

This was a clean, affordable, and convenient duplex on Holiday Island. We were able to book this property on short notice for a last minute weekend getaway. Very close to Holiday Island Marina and close enough to Eureka Springs.

Short distance from Eureka Springs, a winding road drive leads to a very nice comfort condo with everything you need for the comforts of home. Little to no nearby businessman or services so plan accordingly but helps to have a relaxing atmosphere with wifi and Netflix! Full kitchen and great bathrooms. Comfy beds and relaxing living room.

The property was cozy and had everything we would have needed right at home. The 2 pools were great for our whole family. Any time we needed assistance, which was hardley at all, we got it immediately.

We loved the condo. It was spotless and it had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were super comfortable. The neighborhood was quite and peaceful. It was close enough to Eureka Springs and close to a grocery store. We gave it 5 stars.
